Nothing was too much trouble. Richard who has been with me every step of the way has been like a second dad and was just fantastic on the day. The venue is just beautiful the food second to non. I wish I could just do it all again and I didn’t want to leave the Room I could have just stayed to admire the views a bit longer. Tammy was so friendly from day one, giving us unique ideas and a tour of the venue. All of the staff were incredible and Richard in particular went out of his way to make sure every detail was perfect including through the communication before the day. He even followed up with suppliers on the morning to check they were on route. All of our guests commented on how lovely the staff were and how beautiful the venue was. The staff enabled our day to go smoothly and even thought of things we hadn’t. Paul did a great job with the music and found us to check the place settings before the guests entered to give us peace of mind. The venue put so much effort in, the food was delicious and we were allowed to customise everything. The chef did a brilliant job with everything including the homemade profiteroles which were a big hit. We would definitely recommend choosing this venue for your special day.
