Exclusively yours for your wedding day, Our venue fee includes, everything you need for your special day; your own personal Chef, food and wine tasting day, beautiful linen, crockery and glass wear. We also provide a Manager to expertly run your day along with a wedding Planner to assist you prior to your special day. We can roll out the red carpet to greet your guests, provide the little touches such as cake knife, table and decorative rose trees should you require them, all included within the venue hire fee. We have extensive grounds with some amazing photo opportunities; - The beautiful walled English gardens with lavender lined walkways, the lawns with breathtaking views over the Surrey Hills. The stunning Manor house as a backdrop, the preparation shots, in the stylish Bride's room, The photo opportunities are endless.

Dry hire weddings where you supply your own caterer is priced within the range above depending on the day and season.
Dry hire includes up to 120 chairs and 14 round tables, plus an on Site Health and Safety Manager throughout your day.
Hire of additional table and chairs can be arranged for guests of over 120.
The Ballroom will seat 150 guests formally, with 2 adjacent rooms seating another 80 guests.

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
A winter wedding with a forecast of snow!, no one realised how quick and fast it was to fall. We had our head chef living on site, a nearby manager who arrived as the snow quickly fell. We set up a hot chocolate station and a changing room for guests who spent hours in the car to make it to the wedding. The bride and grooms booked band couldn't make it, waiting staff couldn't make it. We arranged a band and staff from our own lovely live in residents, making the best day ever for the Bride and Groom.

Trust in your Venue planner, they have arranged hundreds of weddings and know everything there is to know.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The Wedding Planner being there on the day to see the journey through from start to finish. There is always a special relationship built up over the course of a year or two planning.
