On the day we did not feel a single time stressed about the big day as they had everything under control. We cannot recommend Fredricks enough as it really was the best day for us and we were lucky enough to celebrate our ceremony outside as the weather was gorgeous! All family had a wonderful time and having everyone you love staying all together in the same place really make the day even better! Thank you to everyone who worked hard on the organisation and thank you for making our day even better than we could have imagine! Thank you again! Monica, the wedding coordinator, was very helpful and great with communication. She is clearly passionate about her role and gave us a lovely engagement card and gift. The hotel is located near Maidenhead town centre, has plenty of parking for guests and a well-maintained grand entrance. The staff all seemed friendly and the spa has an excellent swimming pool which is both indoor and outdoor. The main event room had just been re-carpeted and had several windows with views over the beautiful gardens. Wedding parties have sole access to the room, and just outside, a bar and restrooms - it’s always a bonus to be able to keep your guests in one area and to not have to worry about hotel guests mixing in! We thought the packages were super affordable – the best prices we’ve seen in the area and you’re able to reserve hotel rooms at a fair price/free depending on the package offered.I visited Fredricks earlier in the year and can honestly say it is both charming and affordable. She answered our questions promptly and was also very helpful the morning of the wedding when a bridesmaids dress had a completely broken zip from under the arm to the waist. Alix helped save the day with lots of safety pins! The Chef done an amazing wedding breakfast and everyone commented on how nice the food was. And, the bar staff, waiters and waitresses were also fantastic and very professional all day. I would highly recommend this venue to any other couples planning to get married.
