We booked our venue with Nikki at Fiesta Fields. She sorted the toilets and generator for us and coordinated on the day. Nikki was available whenever we had any questions and answered them promptly. We met with her the week before the wedding to run through the day itself and the set up days - it was so helpful doing this and helped to organise our brains! Nikki was fantastic on the day and in the lead up. We didn't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend booking the package where you have her on the day - just having that extra person to make sure things are running to time was a god send! Thank you so much for everything! My dad was so worried about going to visit a field as a wedding venue, but from the moment we got there and met you, everything was just perfect. You were so helpful through all of the date change troubles, and when we weren't able to come back to England to see or choose anything in real life. We loved getting to know you at the pub when we finally made it back. And you were so great on the big set up days, and especially on the day itself. We had so many suppliers, and co-ordinations going on, which you managed to run so smoothly without anyone noticing. No one else could have nailed a DIY picnic for 120 people so well as you, when we came down and saw it all perfectly presented we were so amazed!! We really had the best day of our lives, and all of our friends and family said it was the best wedding they've ever been to, in the most beautiful place they've ever seen. It's all everyone is talking about still!! And the French side are fully converted to English countryside, English food, and English games! Every time we see 2 oak trees, we will think of our magical ceremony. And the beautiful Hidden Valley will be in our hearts and minds forever. Thank you so so much.Thank you so much for everything! We would not have been able to pull off our wedding without help from Nikki! Her vast knowledge and experience in the industry was so valuable - she definitely opened our eyes to a few areas we hadn’t thought of to make our day run smoothly. Not only was she full of brilliant ideas but having Nikki welcome our suppliers and manage the logistics on the day meant that we could sit back and make the most of the day. Nikki is amazing - we rearranged our wedding venue 3 and a half weeks out so we could have an outdoor wedding and would never have been able to have such an incredible day if it was not for her advice, support and really hard work. On the day she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. We can't recommend Nikki/Fiesta Fields highly enough. We had planned to get married abroad but after many cancellations we realised we needed a plan B. It was obviously meant to be as we found a date that her tipis + the venue we loved (Hidden Valley) were free. The wedding was planned in around 2 months.Nikki took us through the whole process and was absolutely amazing! If anyone is looking for an outdoor wedding with beautiful tipis + fantastic organisation I urge you to to use Fiesta FieldsWe can't recommend Nikki/Fiesta Fields highly enough. We were married at a beautiful venue with a rare gem of church ruins as a backdrop. Nikki was amazing every step of the way, covering everything we may or may not have thought of and giving advice along the way. These kinds of weddings are very personal and you design them exactly as you like, so they are unique to you. Nikki was super supportive and went above and beyond for us. She even convinced me to go through with my bridal speech which I'm really pleased I did (thank you Nikki!).We were married at a beautiful venue with a rare gem of church ruins as a backdrop. Nikki was amazing every step of the way, covering everything we may or may not have thought of and giving advice along the way. We couldn't recommend Nikki and the Fiesta Fields guys enough. Not only was the Spirit Lake site absolutely stunning, but having made an initial booking just before COVID hit, the guys were hugely patient and flexible with us as our plans changed more than a few times. We had a perfect weekend and that was in no small part thanks to Nikki, Bruce and Carol being hugely accommodating and understanding of what we wanted to achieve. Everyone had the BEST time and we can't thank them enough!We couldn't recommend Nikki and the Fiesta Fields guys enough.
