Couples can exchange vows in the elegant Oak Room, featuring neutral décor to suit any colour theme, or choose a romantic outdoor ceremony beneath the stunning Victorian garden pavilion — one of Surrey’s few licensed outdoor ceremony spaces.
Afterwards, celebrate with up to 80 guests for a seated wedding breakfast in the Cedar Room, followed by an evening reception for up to 130. With flexible menu options and thoughtfully designed packages, Farnham House Hotel offers everything you need to make planning simple and your wedding unforgettable.

We had lots of communications with the hotel including phone calls, emails & meetings and had plenty of time to discuss what we wanted and how we wanted the day to go. The never once made us feel like we were being a pain iwith the questions we asked! The day was flawless, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. One of the main attractions of the hotel are the vast surroundings which offer plenty of photo opportunities and privacy as well. The caterer of the hotel was excellent and provided for one of the most delicious meals I had on a wedding. Can we have exclusive use of the venue?
Yes - we offer exclusive hire of the hotel when all rooms are included and booked by your guests. Enquire with the wedding co-ordinator for more information.
Are you Licenced for civil ceremonies ?
Yes. We can offer inside ceremonies throughout the year and outside ceremonies at our beautiful garden pavilion. The licence allows for 80 people for a ceremony.
Can we have the wedding ceremony outdoors?
Between April and September our licence allows for outside garden ceremonies - subject to an additional charge.
Is the venue Accessibility- friendly ?
Yes, We have disabled toilets and a chair lift to help with the small amount of stairs to get to it. We also have ground floor bedrooms which are Wheelchair friendly.
What time can we access the venue?
We guarantee access from the latest 7am on the day of your wedding. If the venue is available earlier than this (i.e. the evening before) we will let you know.
What time does the reception need to finish?
On Friday and Saturday wedding dates, the reception will be required to finish by midnight. All other days of the week are 11pm
