Epsom Downs Racecourse is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships. We have four licensed wedding suites. Book our wedding package and receive 10% discount on the civil ceremony room hire. Room hire includes; - Seating for your guests - Use of the grounds for your wedding photos up to 1 hour after the ceremony - Use of our music system for ceremony music - Complimentary interview room Once you have decided on your wedding date and checked it is available with our sales team, please contact Surrey County Council who will assist in the booking of a registrar. If you decide to book our wedding package you will be required to book your evening reception food for a minimum of 50% of your total evening guests. Alternatively if you do not wish to have evening food after your wedding breakfast there is a supplement charge of £500. If you are only booking an evening reception you will be required to pay for room hire and also cater for 100% of your total guests.
