- MMichelle & Jermaine10/02/2025Amazing SurpriseAmazing SurpriseWe had our wedding at the Crowne Plaza Felbridge and like most weddings there were a few small hick ups but we still had an amazing day! The team surprised us with an LED dance floor that we so badly wanted but was no longer part of our budget due to numbers rising and I can't thank them enough, it was an amazing surprise and just made us feel like they really cared! First, we just wanted to say thank you to Carla for being absolutely amazing throughout the three years of planning and for making our day so perfect. Thank you to the rest of the events team and everyone else Jimmy, bar staff etc that worked so hard to make the day seamless and amazing. We were absolutely blown away by the staff, food, runnings of the day, decorations the whole lot. Heidi and her team were so helpful from the moment we started to plan our day right through until the very end! Every meeting, through to every email and every second of our special day we felt at ease in Heidi's hands.
