Nestled within 30 acres of picturesque gardens and wild meadows, The Oak Tree offers a peaceful retreat for you and your guests to fully immerse yourselves in the beauty of the countryside. The remote location provides a serene atmosphere, whilst offering a breathtaking backdrop for your special day.
The bespoke venue features floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe each room in natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. Inside and out, the space is adorned with twinkling fairy lights. Lush bougainvillea foliage spirals elegantly toward the ceiling throughout the venue, setting a romantic and enchanting scene.
Our venue is fully licensed for Civil Ceremonies in three beautiful locations: the Ladybird Room, the Acorn Room, and our charming Outdoor Pavilion. Each setting offers its own unique ambiance. What truly sets The Oak Tree apart is its inherent beauty. Adorned with lights and lush foliage, each space already exudes charm, requiring minimal additional decoration. The soft glow of the lights and the natural greenery create a magical atmosphere. The Outdoor Pavilion is nestled among lush trees and vibrant greenery, providing a peaceful and picturesque backdrop for your vows. VENUE HIRE PRICE INCLUDES:
• The venue hire price is inclusive of VAT
• Exclusive Use – the venue is exclusively yours from 10am until midnight
• Oak Framed Civil Ceremony Room
• Wooden Pavilion licenced for Outdoor Ceremonies
• Fully Licenced Bar & Bar Staff
• Wedding Coordinators – our wedding team will be available to contact throughout your planning process, on the lead up to your wedding and will be there on your day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Dining tables and oak cross backed chairs, outdoor oak benches for outdoor ceremonies, reception drinks table, welcome table, a round cake table and your civil ceremony table.
• Fairy Lights – Acorn room, Ceremony room, bar area & above the fireplace, around the building and above the terrace area
• Music system – sound system with Bluetooth/AUX/USB/CD connection and wireless microphone if required
• Outdoor Music System with AUX connection for Outdoor Ceremonies
• Under floor heating throughout the building and upstairs in the bridal preparation and quiet room
• Real log open fire
• Outdoor firepit tables under the veranda
• All outdoor tables and chairs, parasols on the outdoor terrace and oak benches
• Glassware provided by The Oak Tree for reception drinks and wedding breakfast (full set includes water, wine, and champagne glasses)
• Water jugs with ice on each table for wedding breakfast
• Your caterers will supply your cutlery, crockery, and table linen for your dining tables (excludes Pizza Principles, Tom Piper Hog Roast & Original Crepes)

• The Loft & The Den are available for you to use from 10am until the end of the night

Describe the best wedding that happened at The Oak Tree of Peover?
All of our weddings are special and every couple are unique. One of our favourites, however, was on a glorious Summer's day. Guests were outside enjoying the evening sun and the Bride & Groom decided to have their first dance on the lawn next to the pond. Surrounded by stunning scenery and our outdoor music system playing their chosen song. The moment was magical.

We love pizza cooked freshly by our caterers on their outside, wood-fired pizza oven.
What is The Oak Tree of Peover most unique feature?
Planted inside the venue are real bougainvillea plants which have been growing for almost 20 years. They spiral along the oak beams and up to the skylights and flower throughout the year.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are proud of our small, dedicated wedding team. The team absolutely love what they do which we feel is incredibly important when it comes to helping couples plan their special day.
