Lush bougainvillea foliage spirals elegantly toward the ceiling throughout the venue, setting a romantic and enchanting scene. Our venue is fully licensed for Civil Ceremonies in three beautiful locations: the Ladybird Room, the Acorn Room, and our charming Outdoor Pavilion. Each setting offers its own unique ambiance. We got married here on 21st November 2025 and it was the best day of our lives. The staff were amazing from our first visit right up until after our wedding. They were friendly and helpful and ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. We had so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue looked, and I have to say, it's a stunning venue even before we added any of our decor due to the fairy lights and foliage. We couldn't have asked for a better day! If you're thinking about getting married at The Oak Tree, don't hesitate! We got married here on 21st November 2025 and it was the best day of our lives. We were especially grateful for our wedding coordinator, Tracey, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to her organisation and calm approach, we were completely stress free and able to enjoy every moment. The Oak Tree of Peover truly exceeded all our expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and was everything we were looking for, our guests are still commenting on how beautiful it was!I cannot fault a single thing. The venue is absolutely stunning, as soon as we visited on an open day we knew we wanted to get married there. It has a lovely vibe - natural and rustic but classy - and the staff are really helpful too and even accommodated some last minutes changes. The bridal suite and grooms den are also great spaces to spend the morning. The grounds were gorgeous to take pictures in and inside the Oaktree looked amazing for ceremony and wedding breakfast! The staff were extremely accommodating and were more than happy to help with any requests we made. They made it a wonderfully friendly and relaxed atmosphere, both before and during the wedding, and their service was exemplary. The venue is spacious, airy and adorned in a beautiful rustic vibe; and barely even needed dressing up for the wedding day. The grounds offer a perfect sunset picture backdrop along with a covered seating area outside for the evening guests. And best of all, it was extremely good value for money! Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
All of our weddings are special and every couple are unique. One of our favourites, however, was on a glorious Summer's day. Guests were outside enjoying the evening sun and the Bride & Groom decided to have their first dance on the lawn next to the pond. Surrounded by stunning scenery and our outdoor music system playing their chosen song. The moment was magical.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Enjoy the planning process. Planning a wedding can get overwhelming at times, but the day will come and go in such a flash! Enjoy every little moment - take it in! You're about to marry the love of your life!! Don't be afraid to discuss all of your ideas and ask us any questions.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We love the little details and have seen everything from embroidered napkins to pet ponies! One bride even made her own table plan in the shape of a 'book shelf'. Every guest had their own book, with their table number on the shelf!

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Our exclusive venue is situated in the heart of the Cheshire countryside and offers ample outdoor space for the perfect photo opportunity throughout the year. Our most popular space would be our 'wilderness meadow', particularly as the sun sets perfectly over it. This creates some absolutely beautiful sunset couple shots!
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
In 2017, TV cameras captured Real Housewives of Cheshire star, Tanya Bardsley's baby shower here at The Oak Tree of Peover for the forthcoming series of Real Housewives of Cheshire.
In 2023 'Phil Foden' - Manchester City football star, also picked our venue to celebrate his daughters birthday! There was even a full petting zoo!
In 2023 & 2025 , owner of 'Refy Beauty', Jenna Meek, chose to celebrate our venue for both her children's christenings. There were lots of famous faces in the room!!
What’s your favourite canapé?
You can't beat the mini roast dinners displayed in a miniature Yorkshire pudding!!!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
We love a pizza cooked fresh from our caterers , outside on their wood-fired pizza oven. Having to cook store bought pizza's at home doesn't quite hit the same any more!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Planted inside the venue are real bougainvillea plants which have been growing for almost 20 years. They started as a little bulb that got flown over from Greece years ago, and they now spiral along the oak beams and up to the skylights and flower throughout the year.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are proud of our small, dedicated wedding team. The team absolutely love what they do which we feel is incredibly important when it comes to helping couples plan their special day.
