We can't put our gratitude into enough words when it comes to Cas, Jayne and Becky impartial but the whole Kilminorth team! We feel Kilminorth is our home from home so it was only fitting that we got married there too. We've stayed in many cottages but for our wedding stayed in Hayloft, which is our favourite one. They are always so well presented and very clean. The hot tub is checked daily and had a full water change ready for our arrival. We are so grateful for the team here and can't wait for many more happy memories in our favourite place. Lots of Love, Mr & Mrs Payne-Meynell

What a week we've had at Kilminorth Cottages for our wedding! We got engaged at Wharley Cottage in October 2020, so this place means the world to us, the amount of effort Jayne put in to making sure that the engagement was special it was a no brainer to have our wedding day at the Cottages. Cas and Jayne truly understand the pre-wedding stress, especially on the wedding morning. Cas was a superstar, making sure everything was just right, and it was perfect. And also making sure the bar was topped up with lots of disaronno. The staff at Kilminorth are exceptional; their care and excitement are unmatched. The venue itself is stunning, with breathtaking views leading up to the marquee and inside. It was a day like no other. We will continue to come back to the cottages for the rest of our lives, this will forever be our special place. Thank you to Jayne, Cas and Becky and all the team at Kilminorth Cottages, for making our wedding day so special.

When you are nearing 50 and never been married finding the right venue for the special people we are lucky to have in our lives was essential. Stumbling across Kilminorth was a gift. Jayne and Cassie were amazing with the support they offered. We had the flexibility to have what we wanted on our day, the hire of the venue provided us with ability to contact our own food suppliers and chef who were able then to speak directly with the site. If there were any struggles or difficulties the friendly and compassionate support offered was outstanding. We wanted a venue that was natural and relaxing and what Kilminorth offered was all this and more. The beauty of the backdrop of the trees and the hills, the peace and quiet and the privacy is just perfect. All our guests described how amazing the place was and everyone was extremely happy with the accommodation. It was a challenge mapping out who went where and in what cottages but on the day of arrival the attention given to welcoming our guests took all the stress off us as the bride and groom. Staff managing the bar area were really friendly and accommodating, we had been asked about anything additional that may be needed drinks wise and on the actual day we were enabled to buy our own drinks for the table as well as have access to a well stocked and reasonably priced bar. Having everything there in one place made our wedding weekend seamless. With the stress that wedding planning can bring having a place with fabulous staff on hand at any given time (even more so when you are travelling some distance to get married) is something I cannot recommend highly enough. We left a lot of love and joy in Kilminorth as have others before and believe me - you can feel it. ❤️

My husband and I got married at Kilminorth in May 2023. With only 18 guests, it was an intimate wedding and Kilminorth provided the perfect setting for this. The venue was idyllic (outdoors but covered in case of rain). It provided beautiful views for the ceremony and ample space for a meal and drinks afterwards ... even some music and dancing later in the night. The Kilminorth staff were so attentive right through from our initial request to us leaving a few days later. The guests loved it and it was so brilliant for us to all be staying so close together. We have been visiting Kilminorth for years and it is and will continue to be a very special place for us!

My partner and I had our wedding at Kilminorth Cottages and it was more than we could have ever dreamt of. The venue and accommodation is absolutely gorgeous! Jayne and Cassie were there from start to finish and catered to all of our wants and needs. All the staff are super friendly and the grounds are immaculate. We stayed for the weekend where we were allowed to have full use of the grounds - tennis court, pool, jacuzzi, Marley bar etc which were all maintained to a high standard. The perfect relaxing weekend getaway. We felt so lucky to have had such a magical venue. Thank you!

Kilminorth is second to none. It is absolutely stunning and the best place we could have chosen - couldn’t have asked for a better location for our wedding day. The staff are amazing and Jayne goes above and beyond - her experience and knowledge really helped put us at ease and the day went without a hitch! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We truly believe our wedding could not have been what it was without Jayne, her amazing team, and their stunningly beautiful venue. As we told all of our guests ahead of time, pictures really don’t do justice to how gorgeous and dreamy Kilminorth is. Everything about it, from the grounds to the cottages, were perfect. And of course, the all important clear marquee for the reception meant we could appreciate the beautiful nature around us. The hanging ivy lights were everything we could have hoped for. Jayne was such a vital part of the planning process - helping us with things we wouldn’t even have considered. Recommending for us to get sharing platters instead of individual plates in particular really helped us shape the community vibe we wanted and was something so many of our guests commented on and loved. Between Jayne and Cassy helping us over the course of our stay, everything ran so unbelievably smoothly. Even when we were anxious and stressing over things they were both so calm and made sure we knew we were in good hands. As a queer couple, knowing we were somewhere we would be safe and respected was incredibly comforting and helped us fully enjoy our special day. As soon as we left all of our friends were already asking when we can come back, so I really wouldn’t be surprised if we visit again in the years to come!

The most magical venue where you can allow your wedding dreams to come to life. We loved being able to plan a whole weekend for our friends and family. We had a 3 day wedding with fish & chips under the stretch tent bar on the Friday, the wedding day Saturday and a bbq and silent disco on the Sunday. Exactly the relaxed vibe we wanted and spent the whole weekend smiling from ear to ear. A wedding day can go so quickly and it’s a once in a life time experience to be able to create a weekend spent with our nearest and dearest in one place. Our friends have already booked to return to the cottages with their families to show them the magic of Kilminorth.

From start to finish everything was perfect, the venue itself is so well maintained and had everything we need. The organisation was brilliant and management over the weekend was remarkable. We had no concerns or had to even as the venue for anything it was all sorted for us and went without a hitch at all! We had literally the best day of our lives and 6 months later friends are still bragging how good our wedding was at kilminorth. It holds such a special place in our hearts, and if we could do it all again we would .

Every couple always says their wedding day is the best day of their lives and we have to say that it was true, we threw the best party we’ve ever had and what a venue to host us all. Our wedding was filled with live music, dancing, swimming and partying, plus relaxing by the fire pit and in the hot tub, literally the best things in the world, we basically had a holiday with all our favourite people. Kilminorth is one of the greatest places on earth and we feel so lucky we were able to hold our wedding there. Big thanks to Jayne and the team for making it so special for us x
