This includes exclusive use of Coltsford Mill from 11am, our two licensed ceremony rooms, our beautiful Watermill Barn for your wedding breakfast and fully licensed bar for your evening entertainment. Overnight accommodation is included in our bridal cottage and check out is 10am the following day. Please note the venue fee varies based upon seasonality and day of the week. £3100 is for a midweek wedding during Jan/Feb or March or £4,100 for a Saturday. Peak dates are May through to September from £4,400 midweek to £6,400 for a Saturday.

We got married at Coltsford Mill on 31st October 2025, and it was a truly magical experience in such a beautiful venue. From the very start, Jo and her team were incredibly responsive. Communication was quick and reassuring, and we felt genuinely supported throughout the planning process. As the groom, with a background in Event Production, my bride and I had the idea to celebrate in style with a Venetian Masquerade theme. Although it was ambitious with only a few hours to set up, I immediately sensed that Jo and her team would be brilliant to work with in transforming the space — and they absolutely delivered. Everything came together beautifully on the day. On the day itself, everything ran smoothly and on time, with calm professionalism throughout. The team handled special requests, last-minute changes, and weather-plan contingencies brilliantly, so once the room changes were in place and our themed production was set, we could simply enjoy ourselves. The venue is stunning. The ceremony room feels intimate and cosy with terrific views, a gorgeous layout, and really convenient accommodation for the bride and groom just metres away from the main guest areas. Our guests especially loved the in-house catering, from the delicious canapés to the seated three-course dinner — we received so many compliments. Portion sizes were very generous, and the Coltsford Mill F&B team were constantly on hand for anything we or our guests needed. In terms of value, Coltsford Mill was very reasonably priced, and having in-house catering made everything feel straightforward, transparent, and easy to coordinate. The only small thing to be aware of is that the outside reception area doesn’t fully offer wet-weather cover in the event of a sudden downpour — which, sadly, we experienced briefly! Even so, it didn’t take away from the day. Overall, Coltsford Mill gave us the day we hoped for and more. We’d wholeheartedly recommend it to couples who want an exclusive venue space they can truly make their own and feel genuinely special. Honestly the best day ever! We fell in love with the venue as soon as we came through the gates. The grounds are vast and lush but the wedding venue itself is so intimate and perfect. The mill room makes a stunning backdrop with a quirky layout allowing for 3 front rows with different angles! Venue aside, the day wouldn’t have been the same without Jo, Nikki, Jan and the team. Simply the loveliest staff, from the first viewing right through to after the day. Always on hand to help with questions, always up for a tea or coffee and cake to talk things through and calm any nerves and worries about the day. We are so glad we found Coltsford Mill and have so many special memories here of our perfect day. If we could go back and do it again, we’d pick Coltsford Mill in a heartbeat! We had a great day and experience. The staff at the Coltsford offer an amazing experience ensuring every detail is looked after, which started with the lead up with the planning of the day with ourselves and the suppliers to the day itself, making sure we were informed and looked after. The food and wine was excellent, our guests after some libations especially enjoyed the evening food. The bar staff were great, very patient with some thirsty guests. And this is all before we mention the amazing grounds and scenery which our guests couldn't stop letting us know how impressed they were in how picturesque the setting was. We had an amazing day that went all too quickly, but could not thank the Coltsford and their team for making everything run smoothly. We had a great day and experience. Where do we even begin! We are so happy we chose Coltsford Mill to host our wedding day. We scoured countless venues, and the team at Coltsford and their beautiful venue stood out hugely among the rest. Coltsford Mill make you a part of their team, as opposed to some ‘leave-you-to-it’ type venues. Amazingly attentive and personal - they were the only venue we visited to ask us about us, how we got engaged, etc. If you don’t choose Coltsford (which you should), make sure you find somewhere that will work with you like this. It made planning our wedding so fun, rather than stressful. The venue itself is stunning, set within a beautiful lake, with plenty of areas for your wedding day photos. The food is incredible too - we had a lovely tasting evening with them, and our guests were raving about it on the night. Excellent selection of drinks, as well. On the day itself, the team helped us with everything, making us able to fully enjoy the day and not worry about anything. We had a lot of guests, and despite this, there was still ample space - with a lovely heated outdoor area for a winter wedding. They were so accommodating and excellent, that we already miss the team and will be encouraging as many people as possible to get married there, just so we can go back for a party! Brilliant perfect wedding day . Food excellent venue staff all helpful and patient. All 66 guests said it was the best weddung they had been to.!!! If was scoring woukd give 10 /10. We had a lovely wedding at Coltsford Mill in June. Even though we only found the venue about 2 months before the big day, they worked with us throughout to ensure that everything was completed in time! The day went very smoothly, the whole team did an amazing job! The venue was excellent, the staff were excellent, the food was delicious, and we couldn't be happier about our day!We had a lovely wedding at Coltsford Mill in June. Absolutely beautiful wedding venue! We had a wonderful wedding at Coltsford Mill in August. The venue and grounds are beautiful and the food was outstanding. The staff were all so welcoming, helpful and accommodating on both the day and the lead up to our big day. We have had so many comments from our guests on what a lovely venue it is. We had the best day ever, so a big thank you to Jo, Nikki, Jan, Tom and the team for making our day so special. We would highly recommend this venue. Absolutely beautiful wedding venue! Where do we start! Firstly the venue is absolutley beautiful, with the season we chose Autumn all of the change in the colours of the leaves, the setting and also the venue itself tells all. We are so happy we chose to get married here, not just because of the scenery but the staff were and are an amazing group of lovely people. Its a family run business which makes it that more personal. From the moment we enquired to all of the times we had questions and needs, we had quick responses and they were so easy to speak to as well. My first point of contact was Jo who is such a lovely helpful lady. Went through everything with us and responded everytime to our needs. Then we spoke with Nikki, had a lovely meeting with her about the run through with the day from start to end. Very easy to talk to and again quick to respond to our needs. Jan was so lovely to speak with about the catering sides of the day. We had some guests which were vegetarian and diabetic and she catered to their needs as well. Lastly Jacqueline i met on the day and she popped in to us as well as Jo just to make sure we was all ok, stress free and walked us through the routine of who goes when on our big day! As you can see a pattern forming here. This was such an easy day to plan and all the lovely ladies on site were extremley helpful, friendly and easy to talk to! Coltsford Mill is a venue which not only brings brilliant service but a lovely welcoming family atmosphere as well. Everything about Coltsford Mill was fantastic and we really wouldn't change anything. The menu tasting evening was fantastic and we got to try a wide selection of each course along with the wine. On our wedding day, everything was exactly how we wanted it and the venue and grounds looked beautiful for pictures. What really made the day though was the attention Jo and the team gave us - throughout the day they checked in with us to see if we needed anything and let us know what was happening. It really helped us relax and enjoy the day knowing they were on top of everything. From the moment we viewed Coltsford Mill on a wedding open day we knew not only was the venue perfect for us, but we also knew the team was perfect too. Nothing was too much to ask and they honestly made our day perfect. It rained terribly on our wedding day but the team made sure to help us get our beautiful photos and make sure it didn’t tarnish our day! They even helped my loosen my corset so I could sit down and eat our dinner! We will be forever grateful for all the hard work, love and attention to detail that was given. Thank you SO much!
