Whether you dream of an intimate wedding or a grand spectacle, DoubleTree St. Anne’s Manor offers a variety of stylish suites to suit your wedding. Our elegant grounds provide a picturesque backdrop for your photographs, ensuring lasting memories of your special day.
Both suites are licensed for civil ceremonies, with the spacious St. Anne’s Suite accommodating up to 180 guests and the Sunningdale Suite hosting up to 110. Our newly licensed Omnia suite can take upto 90 guests and offers direct access onto the lawns. For those wanting an outdoor ceremony, our wedding gazebo offers space for up to 60 guests.
We pride ourselves in offering complete flexibility, allowing you to customise your wedding menus to reflect your individual tastes and dietary requirements. A complimentary tasting session and rehearsals ensure that every detail is perfected ahead of your wedding day. We also offer catering options specifically designed for children, ensuring that every guest is well taken care of.
The Omnia Bar and Lounge provides the ideal setting for relaxed drinks and for guests to socialise. Overlooking the landscaped gardens, the welcoming bar area offers a relaxed ambiance while younger guests can explore the adventure playground.
With 170 rooms available to accommodate your overnight guests, why not extend the celebration and make the most of the hotel’s facilities? Our Indoor Ceremony Room Hire for the The Sunningdale Suite which overlooks the beautiful gardens and woodland areas of the hotel and is licensed for up to 120 guests. Our St Annes suite is licensed for upto 150 guests, our stunning Outdoor Gazebo is licensed for up to 120 guests and our Omnia Room is licensed for upto 90 guests - all ceremony hire starts from £395.00.
There is no additional hire fee for our venue or evening hire as we offer package pricing per person, our packages can be adjusted to create you most perfect day!

Arranging everything in preparation for the wedding was very straightforward. When the big day arrived everything worked like clock work and we were fortunate to use the beautiful grounds in all their glory. We loved the fact that so many of our friends and family could stay and join us for a filling breakfast after a great evening dancing the night away. Megan Griffin our Wedding coordinator made the lead up to the day so stress free. I can’t recommend her enough. Nothing was too much trouble and she inspired so much confidence And Adrian on the day took such good care of us. The food prepared by the chef was exquisite and Claudia always kept us informed of everything and very diligent, as well as her Managers Hayley Smith and Veni who gave us a spot on service. If you are planning to hold a wedding at this Hotel I would recommend 100%. The only thing that did not meet our expectations was the Chestnut suite assigned for us. They did not include any welcoming card or extras, such as: rose petals, couple treatment or complementary drinks. Also, the bathroom is very small compared with the bed which was huge and comfortable. Apart from that very satisfied with everything. Chef Eduardo Batiffora and Wedding Executive Claudia Harraway were very helpful and very good at organising our wedding.
