Diglis House Hotel

Diglis House Hotel told me they cancelled all upcoming weddings over email on Friday (including mine). I found out later that they’d only in fact cancelled 4, giving us all different reasons it seems over email, and just decided to email rather than call despite saying they had “so many couples” to contact that day, I actually felt bad for them but now know they were lying. A full refund was given but they happily accepted our booking and money a month ago, my family booked flights, booked rooms at their hotel, and they continued as if nothing was wrong until Friday. Not sure what’s going on and wouldn’t blame the reception staff but would avoid booking here in case of issues like this coming up. Honestly the manager owes myself and the other couples a proper apology.

We had our special day on the 8th August 2021 and all of our dreams came true! Thank you from the bottom of hearts for making our day incredible from start to finish. Communication was excellent, our ideas came to life with the knowledge and advice from the events team. We got married at Diglis House Hotel in September and wanted to say 'on behalf of my husband & I', a huge thank you firstly, to Cara for her hard work and dedication to coordinating our wedding to such a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for Cara and she was always at the other end of the telephone/email and was very patient when I had to make any changes/special requests, thank you also for all the running around you did for us on the wedding day itself and your patience when we suddenly started to run late!! To EVERYBODY that was involved in the planning and involvement of our wedding day on 10th September 2021, thank you! You all played a huge part in making our day absolutely perfect and we can't thank you ALL enough. We had THE best day. Thank you Karen and James Hunt

The venue is well placed, it is riverside & close to Worcester Catherdral. The staff were excellent & catered for our guests with particular dietary needs. After the ceremony, we had canapés, followed by afternoon tea & then a fish & chip supper in the evening - perfect.....

Despite being one of the hottest days of the year, the Diglis House Hotel managed to provide a wonderful wedding reception. Absolutely everyone commented not only on the beautiful views but on the venue itself, and the high quality of the food (canapes, wedding breakfast and evening buffet). The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and helped to make our day special. Their wedding coordinators were professional and thoughtful.

The staff at Diglis Hotel were amazing. We had a fabulous day from start to finish. Everything went exactly as planned and our wedding planner was always at hand to make sure we had the best day. Beautiful location and beautiful hotel.

We could not have chosen a better place to have our wedding! After being proposed on a boat in front of the hotel, we decided to choose it as our venue and we were positively surprised when the venue surpassed all of our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and tried to do everything with and without their reach to make the whole experience as smooth and stress free as possible; the venue is absolutely beautiful and the food was just delightful. All our guests kept talking how pretty everything looked and how helpful everyone was. Thank you Diglis Hotel crew for making it such an incredible day for us and our friends and family!

Brilliant wedding setting, could not fault it in anyway, the service was great from start to finish and Kate made sure our day run smooth from start to finish, lovely clean room and felt very welcomed in every possible way, our guests throughly enjoyed the day and said how lovely it was. Would totally recommend this place for a wedding venue 😊

Can’t thank The Diglis enough for helping to make our day perfect! The setting is just so pretty, didn’t have to worry about any of the little details on the day as Chloe had everything in hand! What imagined our day to be was what it was and even more 💖💖
