Throughout the whole process of planning and detail to attention, the staff were spectacular. Everyone was super friendly and made all my guests feel great on the big day. Our wedding coordinator Natalie I can't praise enough. She went above and beyond to help in every which way, always available to talk to, and on the very rare occasion she wasn't there was always quick response when she was available again.We had the most amazing experience from start to finish. We were so impressed by Sophie (wedding coordinator) on our first time meeting that we booked our wedding at the Hotel on the same week! She went above and beyond to meet our expectation on our budget. She made us feel as she cares more about the customer needs rather than earnings the hotel would take in. Our money was well spent! Organisation skills were on point and no complaints whatsoever! Praveen the Ops Manager was really hands on 24/7! He also made us really welcome, always gave us the satisfaction our day will be success. The chefs also were amazing and they really went all out and made sure all my guest were satisfy with their meals! My guests were simply blown away by this hotel! We had every guest commenting on how nice this place was and how wonderful the wedding went! Each one of their staff were really helpful and everyone made all my guest so welcomed. Towards the end of the process I could already feel I was going to be very sad not spending any time here at denham grove for our meetings and I really felt an attachment to everything as did my partner. We stayed last week on Friday- Sunday and I have to say that having stayed for these days we noticed how hard all of the staff work, I wish I could remember names but the duty managers particularly stood out Nick and Parveen our lovely friend who was there on our day with us helping us tidy things away (we didn’t need to worry as all was on hand!) The day before Nick helped us with all of the decorations and where to put them! On the day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Sophie was regularly visiting my room and she even took me and my husband off for some time alone with my maid of honour too and it was lovely to have that down time together, Sophie made sure we had those moments. The build up to the wedding, organising and the prices and offers we were given were beyond belief. We honestly got such a good deal and Sophie made sure we were always happy! Sophie never let us down or didn’t deliver, you can honestly relax and have a lovely day and she will deal with everything for you. It was a dream day for us and we are just disappointed that we cannot do it all over again! The rooms were fabulous that we were given, the restaurant staff were amazing; we loved the 24 hour bar after our wedding and so did some of our guests 🤣 and the breakfast and dinners we ate were delicious. We ordered room service and ate in the restaurant and both services were lovely. You cannot fault any of the staff there and we are so sad we will not be having regular visits from now on. The leisure pass we received 3 months before the wedding was excellent and I made full use of that. I am sure we will be back- especially on our one year anniversary but the thing I will miss most of all is being in regular contact with Sophie! Hopefully we can keep in touch as she was a top wedding planner and friend. Thank you so much for everything Denham Grove.
