We were thrilled with the service that we received from Alex (Wedding Coordinator) and Elvis (Events Floor Manager) throughout the planning and on the wedding weekend. We couldn’t have asked anything more from both of them and were very grateful for the energy, friendliness, and attention to detail that they both brought. Their input made a big difference to our overall experience knowing that we had confidence in experienced and professional pairs of hands to help with anything.

We had such an amazing day and your team were excellent, we received lots of compliments with how smoothly it went and how nice the staff were! We can’t thank you enough for how organised you were leading up to it, keeping in regular contact and offering useful advice but also allowing us to create the wedding we envisioned! We both felt so relaxed and happy during the day and want to thank you for contributing to that with how you all were!

Just wanted to thank Polly and Laz so much for making my dream wedding come true. The event was everything I could have hoped for and I’m so grateful for all the effort that was put in. The whole team was fantastic and everything I had asked for was sorted. The venue really was beautiful and it was such a pleasure to work with you.

Thank you for such a lovely wedding, everyone was so helpful that it made the day good smoothly even despite the rain. The whole wedding planning was so easy thanks to you, we felt that the regular meetings we had helped reassured that the wedding was exactly how we wanted it. We were so grateful to be able to email you throughout the whole period about any questions we had. As soon as we got to the venue the whole team has been so helpful getting stuff for the wedding organised.

We both would like to thank you and Elvis so much for all your help with everything, the day was even more than we expected. We have had so much feedback from the guest on what a fairy-tale wedding it was and how stunning the venue was, I don't think I could have picked a better one it was absolutely perfect.

Honestly, the team at Tortworth were perfect and we could not have had a more perfect day! This goes for both the coordination team prior hand and of course the wonderful Elvis on the day - we truly felt in such safe hands and the whole thing couldn't have gone smoother. I would recommend Tortworth Court to anyone who is getting married and wants a special day, the whole process was seamless. I wanted to give a special thanks for being so accommodating of last min changes we had.

We want to thank you, Danka and the whole wedding team. It wouldn’t have been the perfect day without you guys! In terms of feedback we were a bit worried when Arlene told us she would no longer be working with us but once we had our meeting with you Polly it put all our worries to rest! With the meetings with you it was very stress free and the fact you sorted us out with drinks really made us feel comfortable. On the Day Danka was amazing, she was happy to help with whatever we needed done.
