We truly cannot thank the team at the Royal Berkshire Hotel enough, and in particular Chloe, for the incredible organisation, care and attention that went into our wedding. From start to finish, everything was seamless and thoughtful. We genuinely could not have asked for anything better, and our guests are still talking about it weeks later. The food deserves a special mention. The canapés were an absolute highlight. So many guests commented on how generous the portions were, which is quite rare at events where canapés often barely make it around the room. Several people said they must have had ten to fifteen each. The winter greens were a real favourite, and the chicken has been talked about ever since. The quality, presentation and consistency were exceptional throughout. The service, the wine and the overall experience were simply outstanding. What really stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. Chloe was phenomenal from day one. Calm, detail oriented, incredibly responsive and always one step ahead, she made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless. On the day itself, everything ran perfectly and we felt genuinely looked after at every moment. The room itself was breathtaking. The team didn’t just deliver on our vision, they elevated it in a way we hadn’t even imagined. From the setup to the atmosphere, every detail came together beautifully. A huge thank you as well to Lee, the bar team and all the staff, every single person contributed to making the day feel personal, smooth and truly special. If you are considering the Royal Berkshire Hotel as your wedding venue, we cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, we felt fully supported and well informed throughout the planning process, with no question or request ever feeling like too much trouble. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. Dominika, Sam, and the entire RBH team truly delivered the day of our dreams - and exceeded every expectation. We had our wedding in August 2025, and the team at the Royal Berkshire were absolutely amazing. A special mention to Dominika, who we liaised with throughout the planning process , she was incredibly patient, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she had some great ideas along the way. We’d also like to mention Sam, who helped us on the day and was so helpful and supportive. Even though we got married in August during peak wedding season, with other weddings happening around ours, you honestly wouldn’t have known. We truly felt like the only couple getting married that weekend, as the team were so attentive throughout. The food was amazing too, which many of our guests commented on. The Most Perfect Day!The Most Perfect Day!
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel looked incredible and felt so festive, creating the most amazing atmosphere for us and our guests. So many people commented on how delicious the food was, including the canapés, the wedding breakfast and also the evening food. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt completely looked after. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to celebrate our special day!Our wedding day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We spent ages looking for the perfect venue. Even though we first visited RBH on a windy and rainy November day, it wasn’t too hard to picture how beautiful our day would be there. The team is what stands out even now. We keep getting comments about how relaxed we appeared to be throughout the day, and that wouldn’t have been the case without Dominika and the rest of the team being helpful from the moment we booked right up until we said goodbye. They had great ideas (and didn’t push add-ons/respected our budget). The food was delicious, there was lots of space for family & overseas guests to stay, and we really lucked out with the weather. We would highly recommend considering their recommended suppliers as they have all worked together before and it helped make the day run seamlessly. We spent ages looking for the perfect venue. HUGE thank you to you and the whole Royal Berkshire events team. The day was perfect and it ran seamlessly thanks to you all. The venue was incredible, even more special than we could have imagined, and you went above and beyond to make it so memorable. We also lost count of how many times our guests remarked on what a lovely venue it was, alongside the delicious food (we couldn’t agree more!) I think a highlight for both of us was having the ceremony in the walled garden - the moment when I entered and walked down the aisle was just incredible. The Polo Suite was the perfect space for getting ready in the morning with my bridesmaids and the Churchill Suite was so special to stay in on the night itself. I really could go on and on with positive things to say! We will definitely be coming back to stay with you for many years to come - I really cannot say thank you more for everything you did for us!HUGE thank you to you and the whole Royal Berkshire events team. The venue was sensational, the staff very professional, the reception room was looking fantastic, we could not fault anything! You have made our big day the perfect success and our guests are already seeing our wedding as the wedding of the Year 2025!! All of our guests have appreciated the level of detail and professionalism involved. You have done so well for us, you can be very proud of your work. We obviously LOVED it and this will remain the best day of our lives with incredible memories. Everything was absolutely incredible and we loved every single second of it. Everything was amazing and we have had so much outstanding feedback from our guests who loved every second of it! The staff were unbelievable and were always ahead of the game making sure no one was left with an empty glass! The most common bit of feedback we have had was on the quality of food (specifically the beef!) but more importantly the service levels from the yourself and the team on both days. From our point of view the entire team were outstanding and could not do enough for us! Whether it was from the reception team greeting our guests to arrival drinks in the bar to the evening meals and our drinks in the evening. We know how much hard work, effort and dedication it takes for the day to run so smoothly and we couldn’t be more thankful of all the work you all did. The food was amazing and the location was stunning however, what really made it was the team for our entire journey. At every step from our initial meeting to the final goodbye you all were so professional, attentive and always had the answers for us. Thank you so much again! We recently got married at Royal Berkshire in the walled garden and it was an amazing event which run smoothly without an issue. Dominika did an amazing job helping us with all the planning and vendor management. We had such an amazing day we got married in the walled garden. Dominika and all the team were so helpful from the first visit and throughout always responding so quickly .The food was lovely we had BBQ. All guests said what a lovely venue with beautiful grounds and the best wedding that they had been too. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard it was such a wonderful day. We will be back on our anniversary.We had such an amazing day we got married in the walled garden.
