The Blenheim Suite – a bright, versatile room licensed for civil ceremonies, providing a welcoming setting for your vows.
The Manor – the heart of the celebration, this comfortable space hosts your wedding breakfast and evening reception. Guests can also step outside to the lawns and gardens for photographs and mingling.
Our rooms can be arranged for small, intimate gatherings or larger celebrations, while keeping the warm, country feel that defines the hotel.

On your special day, your wedding breakfast will be a highlight of the celebration. We offer a traditional three-course meal, with a carefully chosen selection of dishes for each course, allowing you to design a menu that reflects your tastes and style. The hotel offers 42 simply furnished, en-suite bedrooms, providing convenient on-site accommodation for you and your guests. We are pleased to include a complimentary night for the couple in a Four Poster Bedroom or Suite, plus discounted rates for wedding guests in our standard double or twin rooms.

We booked the venue back in December and Barbara guided us through very step of the way to making our reception every thing that we wanted including recommending Carli at the Perfect Piece decorating all the tables and chairs and Kingsley our DJ, it was so perfect, we couldn't have done it without her.....thank you so much! What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
One of the most memorable touches we’ve seen was a couple who incorporated their love of travel into their wedding theme, with table names, decorations, and a small photo gallery of places they’d visited together. It really reflected their personalities and made the celebration feel unique to them.

One of the best photo spots at Coulsdon Manor Hotel is our expansive lawns and mature parkland, offering a beautiful natural backdrop for both posed and candid shots. On a clear day, you can even see London from the golf course, creating a unique and memorable view. The terrace and Manor’s classic architecture also provide charming settings for capturing special moments.
