Cogges Manor Farm

What an amazing venue! From our first visit to Cogges Manor Farm to our communication with Janette, to our actual wedding day everything was just perfect!! Cogges offered two fantastic rustic barns which we were able to add our own personalities too. This on top of the beautiful lawn and gardens which offer the ideal place for a drinks reception, especially when the Wisteria has a second blooming. Our family and friends all commented on the relaxed, welcoming setting which Cogges has and how it offered something for everyone. The goats also proved a huge hit with the guests and had everyone smiling, though you may want to double check none have gone missing!! Finally a big shout out to all the staff and volunteers at Cogges and in particular Janette who was an amazing sounding board who listened to all of our ideas, always responded quickly and her relaxed demeanour definitely saved us a lot of stress.

We had our wedding reception at Cogges Manor Farm and it was such a fantastic venue! Many of our guests commented that it was so nice, the barns look fantastic once decorated and it is nice that there is so much for people to explore in the grounds, especially with kids. You have to organise all of the catering/lighting/furniture etc yourself but we just used Cogges’ recommended supplier and it all went smoothly. Cogges have been really accommodating as we had our wedding postponed for a year and they reached out to us so that we didn’t get stressed. We highly recommend using Cogges for any event! Honestly the staff are so lovely and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. We chose this venue after being a guest at a wedding there and it soon became apparent how beautiful it emphasises the Oxfordshire countryside despite being in a town. If you are like us and want a venue that is fully customisable to what you want it to be, then this is the venue for you.
