Absolutely brimming with history, the chapel stands on the site of an original medieval tower, called a bastion tower, built as part of the medieval defences of the city in the late 14th century. Now run under the name “City Wall Tower” licensed by Kent County Council as a wedding venue. The Chapel is licensed to hold up to 80 guests and is a quirky, intimate and alternative wedding venue, perfect for small or relatively large weddings.

Beautiful day to remember Beautiful day to remember
This was the third venue we visited and we immediately fell in love with this unique beautiful chapel in the heart of Canterbury. We had the most beautiful winter wedding here and we’d highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful intimate service. They even have an alcohol license so we finished the day of beautifully with some bubbles to toast. 🥂 a massive thank you to Aleasha and Julia for making our day truly specialThis was the third venue we visited and we immediately fell in love with this unique beautiful chapel in the heart of Canterbury.
