A unique wedding venue set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside- We will create a rustic county wedding feel in our large barn with licenced bar, water-side gazebo and enjoy a range of activities from falconry to Segway and much more for family and friends to make your day a truly unforgettable experience.
The barn hire includes rustic tables / benches , dance floor , bar hire , and a package of venue dressing . Whether your heart is set on a grand celebration or a smaller, more intimate affair, you’ll find Cheshire Woodland Weddings has the ideal mix of informality, relaxation and romance to ensure your special day is perfect in every way. Set within 15 acres of stunning countryside, Cheshire Woodland Weddings is without a doubt one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Cheshire.
Guaranteed exclusivity - It’s our policy to allow only one wedding at any given time, giving you the freedom to arrange your day as you choose. In addition, you’ll have the full attention of all our staff, resulting in the personal and attentive service that your wedding day deserves.
A location like no other - Surrounded by beautiful countryside, Cheshire Woodland Weddings is expansive yet welcoming. We offer the use of our woodland as your ceremony setting, the gazebo and lawn by the lake as your drink’s reception area, and the bar as your evening reception setting. Furthermore, depending on your choice of activities we have many more spaces available. These areas are all joined together by a clear stone pathway to create the right atmosphere for your wedding, whether you have 20 guests or 150.
The grounds of Cheshire Woodland Weddings are simply stunning. There are ample photographic opportunities around the beautiful grounds and lake. The splendid interior of the barn is also a fine background for photographs, so you’ll still be able to create unforgettable memories, whatever the weather.

To introduce myself my name is Ebony Wimbush and I am the wedding co-ordinator at Cheshire Woodland Weddings. I have over 10 years experience in wedding co-ordinating and over 15 years in the wedding hospitality industry.

Yes you have the setting in all it's natural beauty, the rustic barn and outdoor seating, the activities, the fun! The bird show, the views of the gazebo and pond. And all of this is awesome btw, couldn't fault it, and it created the most memorable wedding day we could have asked for. But the staff! Everyone involved! They were all the most amazing people! I am so grateful to them all ❤️What you get with a wedding day here goes so far beyond what you pay for. From the moment we went to view it, we knew it was the one. The woodland where the ceremony is feels so special and is truly beautiful. We were very lucky that the sun was shining on our wedding day, but had it not been, the venue had many back-up plans in place for bad weather so don't let this put you off booking it. Your wedding day will be amazing here no matter what the weather. After the ceremony, we did activities such as archery, axe throwing, segways, rifle shooting, and lawn games (giant chess, croquet, connect 4, etc.) and these were all provided by the venue and included in the package price - which we found to be absolutely amazing - and it made the day feel so unique. After this, we had a bird of prey show which was such a fantastic experience. They got guests involved and the kids loved it. The staff that delivered it were brilliant! The barn for the reception was exquisite. It is decorated so beautifully and felt like the most perfect way to celebrate and end a perfect day. The staff were beyond brilliant, even the most peculiar requests from guests were met and they made sure that our guests felt comfortable and well cared for all day. They made our day so special and ensured a smooth transition between all of the sections of the day. They are clearly so experienced at what they do and I could not speak more highly of this place if I tried.This venue is everything we could have ever dreamed of. Even with the unfortunate British rainy summer the day was still perfect and Ebony made sure to put all my worries at ease!! The games/birds were so wonderful. I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about this venue it has everything you ever need for a beautiful day!! The venue is just amazing!
