At Chafford Park, we enable you to create your perfect midweek or weekend wedding, with two beautiful wedding barns, the Hop Barn for your ceremony which is fully licensed for marriages and the Granary Barn for your reception.
CEREMONIES
However you choose to get married, Chafford Park can accommodate you. We have a variety of spaces for you to choose from to have the ceremony you have always dreamed of.
The Hop Barn provides a chapel-like ambience and is fully licensed for your wedding ceremony. Its grand high walls and intimate seating arrangement create a magical setting for you and your guests. The barn is tall and very light with a modern style. Equipped with chairs and furniture for your ceremony, featuring bespoke beautiful mirrors and hand-made antler chandeliers.
Our ancient woodland is for nature lovers. An intimate space for sixty guests situated in a small clearing surrounded by tall trees and bluebells in spring. Likened to an amphitheatre, it is the most beautiful setting for you and your closest family and friends. In order to arrive at the ceremony here, you will make your way down through our meadow field and over the wooden bridge.
For larger ceremonies, we have an area in our meadow field situated under a large beautiful oak tree. Here, you can create a larger seated ceremony area with beautiful wildflowers surrounding you just a short walk from the barns.
If you wish to get married in a local church, you may use the Hop Barn for your welcome drinks and canapes.
RECEPTION
The Granary Barn is a beautiful, large barn decorated with shimmering fairy lights to give your wedding the most romantic ambience. The copper bar brings elegance and charm to the room with glowing amber Palermo chandeliers. Designed to dazzle your guests from dawn until dusk! The host/owner was the most amazing and kind lady I have ever come across - not only was she so generous, she was so willing to help at any point during our stay. She was on call if we had any sort of questions and she was on site the entire time - and even shared a drink with her at the end!! It is a stunning venue and, as the rain finally held off, they were able to have their dream of an outdoor ceremony underneath an oak tree. Whilst there were some hiccups in the planning stages, the day itself was simply wonderful and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. Our daughter and son-in-law got married here a couple of weeks ago. It is a stunning venue and, as the rain finally held off, they were able to have their dream of an outdoor ceremony underneath an oak tree.
