Our day was everything we could ever have hoped for and as you know, the Cave is one of our favourite places and really was the best day of our lives getting married there. As always Megan, we appreciate everything you have done for us.We would like to start off by saying how happy we was with your service and attention to detail on the day, you was so supportive and was everything we could have hoped for as a wedding co ordinator so thank you. What really stood out for us, even from the very beginning of the planning process, was how accommodating both you and the team were about anything we asked for. The food was impeccable, as it always is. There was also a lot of talk about how good the venue was and what a different experience it was to have. If we could have the day again, we would 1000% be coming to The Cave. Thank you so much for all your help leading up to our wedding, and especially for your help on the big day. She was amazing what a gem! The hotel is stunning and the wedding was perfect! Every staff member was helpful, the way the wedding was organised was spot on it all run so smoothly there was not 1 bad thing we could say. We are both so thankful to have had Megan as our event organiser. Would recommend! Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
At the Cave Hotel, we’ve hosted many beautiful weddings, but Georgina and Joe’s truly stands out. They exchanged vows in a breathtaking ceremony with their closest family and friends. While guests enjoyed canapés and arrival drinks, the couple took a fun ride on our golf buggy for photos across the stunning golf course.
The reception in our unique Cowgirl Room featured elegant gold accents and floral touches, followed by a flavourful Korean Cowgirl feast and a lively DJ-led party. They spent the night in our Bridal Suite with the iconic UFO bath overlooking the golf course.
It wasn’t just a wedding, it was a whole weekend of memories. At Cave Hotel, we aim to make every wedding just as special and unforgettable.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
At our venue, there are several instagram-worthy spots that make for beautiful wedding photos. One of the best photo spots is at the edge of the golf course overlooking the Kentish countryside. The Cowgirl Room itself can also serve as an excellent photo spot, especially if it's decorated with flowers or other décor that complements your wedding theme. Our venue also has scenic trails and paths that lead to quiet and secluded areas, which provide a perfect opportunity for couples to capture intimate photos in a natural setting. Let's not forget our glass bridge being the perfect spot for the 'Cave' style photo. Our experienced staff are happy to help you find the best spots to capture the perfect wedding photos.

Our tasty pulled pork, mac & cheese toastie, that we offer as a midnight snack, they are undoubtedly a crowd-pleaser and they are sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests.

At our venue, we have several unique features that make us stand out from the other standard hotels.
One of our most distinctive features is our opti-myst fires, which create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. These state of the art fires use a water vapour to create a realistic flame effect, making them both eco-friendly and safe for our guests. Another feature that sets us apart is our luxurious super king-size beds, which are fitted with Harrison Spinks mattresses to ensure a restful nights sleep for all our guests.
Our venue is also known for our fine wood-smoked cuisine, which is prepared by our onsite Pitmaster using traditional smoking techniques and the freshest ingredients for an unforgettable dining experience. These unique features come together to create an exceptional hotel experience that guests will remember long after they leave our venue.
