Brooklands Hotel is situated right by the former Brooklands race track; in fact, the old track runs through their reception. Brooklands was the world’s first purpose built race track and the countries’ most significant racetrack in the 1920s and 1930s. Choose from one of the three civil ceremony-licensed rooms to exchange vows, select a lavish area to host your reception and enjoy a complimentary night in their honeymoon suite. With delicious restaurant standard catering, an in-house spa and additional extras such as a cocktail making masterclass, you can be assured that a wedding at Brooklands Hotel will be completely unforgettable.
With three areas licensed for civil ceremonies, and four able to accommodate receptions, each with state of the art technology including individually controlled lighting and a built in sound system, there is something to suit every type of wedding at Brooklands Hotel.
Brooklands Hotel offers fine restaurant-standard catering, and provides couples with the option to either choose from a set menu or create a bespoke menu full of personal choices. The chefs are highly aware of allergen information and can provide guests with comprehensive knowledge of the best foods for them.
The hotel offers an abundance of deluxe hotel rooms, which are among the largest in Britain. A night in Suite 319 is included for the happy couple. Containing cream carpets, a king size bed, 42” television and a glass table, and opening out onto its own balcony, room 319 ensures that Brooklands Hotel’s wedding day luxury is emulated in the night. There are set wedding rates for other guests, which ensure that everybody can enjoy affordable extravagance in a convenient location the night after the big day.

I would have no hesitation is recommending Brooklands Hotel and cannot praise them enough for making our day so perfect.The Brooklands Hotel met every expectation. We hit the jackpot! Right from the start of planning, we knew we had chosen the right venue. They were efficient and listened to our needs. The groom is in a wheelchair, as was our granddaughter. On the day, the staff were amazing and dealt with lots of extra requests they hadn't known about. Everyone was charming, polite, happy & smiling which made our day special too. Nothing faxed the staff and we were made to feel very special. That starter tartlet was perfect, I think you should add it to your menu as everyone wanted seconds! Thank you so much for making it a day to remember and cherish! We were extremely impressed with all staff who worked on and during our reception, however, Lois and Amanda stood out to us! They are a major assets to your hotel and our wedding certainly wouldn't have been our perfect day without their professionalism, attention to detail and plain old quality of service! From the beginning to the very end the experience dealing with the staff was delightful. Organising our special day turned to be quite a memorable and fantastic experience because there was no stress involved since we both felt that we are in good and capable hands. Everything that was promised and agreed on was delivered in the highest standard possible and much, much more than what we expected. Our guests were very impressed with the venue itself, the service and the food. Our party was flowing beautifully and all our guest had a great time and went home with wonderful memories of the day. Special thanks to our Wedding Co-ordinator, the Head Chef, the General Manager Mr Gervasoni and the staff who were attending us throughout the whole event.
