Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

So glad we chose Bowood for our wedding. Everyone has said how much of a fab day it was and they all loved it. A lot that stayed have even said they will go back for a spa weekend. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. There was a couple of things that got missed, but they were small things that even my husband didn't notice, and as soon as I mentioned it to the staff it was sorted straight away and certainly did not effect our day at all. Highly recommend Bowood for a wedding!!

The team at Bowood did everything they could to made the weekend for our wedding as special as they could. The day ran smoothly and when we asked to change timings slightly this was done smoothly and without issue. We were incredibly lucky with the weather and managed to have our dream outdoor wedding with a stunning backdrop. The food was excellent and our guests all complemented on such a fabulous venue. Rebecca in particular did everything she could to make sure we wanted for nothing on our wedding day and coordinated our plans perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bowood as a venue for your wedding.

I was really nervous about our wedding but the staff at the hotel made me feel so calm. Octavia made sure I was kept in the loop for everything, and made sure the day went as smoothly as it could

Bowood Hotel were very accommodating from our first enquiry all the way through to our wedding. They completely took all the stress out of planning our wedding and let us plan out our day the way we wanted it. All the members of staff in the hotel, spa and wedding venue were all lovely

The whole team made so much effort to make our day special and memorable and the execution was flawless. Everybody was complimentary about the food; the quality was really perfect. There were guests who have been all around the world that commented that the Beef Wellington was the best they had ever tasted. Our vegans and vegetarians were also impressed by the menu options and food quality. Rebecca did such a wonderful job of keeping everyone in order (even me!), we really appreciate everything she did for us throughout the day. Once again, our sincere thanks and appreciation to you all. We had a wonderful day, we will probably sleep for a week now!"
