Bowerchalke Barn

If you’re looking for a venue that speaks for itself Bowerchalke Barn is certainly the venue to choose. My now husband and I viewed the venue 18 months prior to our wedding date and we fell in love with it immediately. The setting is perfect. The team at Bowerchalke are amazing. I 100% recommend Carolyn the wedding coordinator. She took away all the stress and did the best job. We had the best day and I cannot think of a thing I would have changed

We got married in June at Bowerchalke Barn and it was simply perfect from start the finish. The venue received nothing but compliments from our guests. Every view, inside and out, is picture perfect. Our day was exactly as we hoped; relaxed, fun and gorgeous in more ways than one. We cannot recommend the venue and the recommend suppliers enough, they made for a fantastic, seamless day.

We couldn't have picked a more stunning location for our wedding on 10 June 2023. On one of the hottest days of the year, we were able to have our dream of an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful fields surrounding Bowerchalke Barn. As a result of a cancellation, we booked our wedding with 6 months to go. Carolyn, the Barn's wedding coordinator, and Tim, were so supportive and helpful in assisting us with preparations and were absolutely fantastic on the day itself. They went above and beyond !

SUCH a beautiful venue - would highly recommend for a wedding or other special occasion. Carolyn and Tim are so helpful and helped orchestrate a seamless day, always attentive, responsive, super organised on the day, and we didn't need to worry about a thing. Beautiful fairy lights everywhere, rolling hills, large bar and great dance floor... what more do you want?

Their reasonable approach and close attention to detail alleviated any worries, allowing us to fully savor every moment of our wedding. Carolyn's diligent management on the day kept everyone informed and swiftly addressed any issues that arose. We are immensely grateful for their expertise and support, which made our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Bowerchalke Barn was without doubt the best wedding venue we could have asked for! From how utterly beautiful it is inside and out, to how smoothly they ran our wedding day! Their wedding coordinator Carolyn is such an asset to the venue and she knew how to make every detail of the day perfect, there wasn’t a task she couldn’t complete ! Carolyn was extremely welcoming from the very first visit, flexible, professional and proactive. Nothing was too much trouble and she or Tim responded promptly to emails and phone calls. Carolyn took the stress and anxiety out of our wedding day when she said 'that's my job, I do that' and it did appear Carolyn 'can and did do everthing' to make our Wedding Day perfect. Thank you Bowerchalke Barn a truly beautiful venue and as one of our guest said 'spectacular'....

We both always thought it was such a cliché to say that your wedding day is the best day of your life.. but it really was!! Carolyn and Tim were so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Every last little detail was handled perfectly by Carolyn. From the big to the small stuff, they were both so friendly and approachable, always quick to respond to any queries. We felt confident that they were experienced and knowledgeable, and gave lots of sound advice. I really do wish we could do it all again!

It really is the most incredible venue in an utterly fabulous location and we could really make it in to the day we wanted. Equally the guidance the support is very definitely there in spades, but we had the freedom to curate our day with our wonderful suppliers. We had the most amazing day, and Tim and Carolyn were totally brilliant smoothing bits and pieces over and being such a calm presence. I could not recommend the venue and team more highly and I just wish we could do it all over again!
