- MMr & Mrs Robinson12/10/2023Thank you for our perfect wedding day!Thank you for our perfect wedding day!Our wedding at the Carlton Hotel, Bournemouth was without a doubt the best day of our lives. It was absolutely perfect and run smoothly. We had absolutely no hiccups, no near misses and no regrets for booking the Carlton Hotel as our wedding venue. It was organised but nothing was planned as such so we just watched as the day unravelled. It was beyond our expectations with amazingly friendly and helpful staff all around. - LLibby & Martyn23/09/2021Outstanding!Outstanding!The Carlton Hotel were like our fairy Godmother of a venue - outstanding. We initially booked for April 2020- due to government restrictions we legally had to postpone our wedding twice. The great team at the Carlton supported us throughout- and really wanted us to have the best day of our lives. The communication in the ever changing circumstances was flawless, there was no question or request too big or two small. We got married in July while there were very new COVID restrictions in place. They ensured smooth set up. On the day the team provided brilliant service, care and attention- but while making sure we had fun. The Gardens worked brilliantly for canapes, photos and garden games. In the evening we did take the short potter down to the beach. Guests commented on how much they enjoyed the day, with the food getting a lot of positive mentions. Thank you to the whole team at the Carlton (especially Kerry and Paul) who made our wedding day fantastic. Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The best photo spot at our venue has to be the Gardens or Orangery Suite at sunset. The light is absolutely stunning and it's the perfect backdrop for a photo session. The evening sky has a gorgeous pink and orange hue and the lush green foliage of the Gardens creates a beautiful and romantic atmosphere. You won't regret taking your photos here!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
We love a bacon roll or vegetarian sausage roll for a midnight treat! Such a perfect snack to grab at the end of the night.
