Description
For your wedding ceremony, we offer the beautiful Windsor Suite. It is fully air conditioned and can cater for smaller more intimate celebrations of 15 as well as larger ones of up to 150 guests. Our roof terrace is the most perfect way to start your married life here, you can have a drinks reception and amazing photographs up here! This room can also be used in conjunction with the Orangery for your wedding reception. Here your guests can celebrate in another fully air conditioned room which has its own balcony overlooking our courtyard garden. The room has classic proportions with neutral decoration providing the perfect canvas for you to set the scene, catering for up to 150 guests for a full wedding breakfast rising to 200 for an evening buffet and dancing. The Orangery Bar adjoins the Orangery through double doors and is a purpose built private bar area with its own balcony.
Our hotel has 52 chic spacious air conditioned bedrooms including two Bridal suites and 14 exclusive rooms. Special wedding guest accommodation rates are available when you book your wedding with us. With a new fully refurbished restaurant boasting delicious cuisine, 2 bar areas, golf course, a health club with a gym, pool and spa offering a variety of treatments and an abundance of recommended suppliers to assist your special day; we have everything you need to make your wedding day as stress-free as possible!
We offer a range of all-inclusive packages or can tailor make you wedding to your requirements. Our experienced Wedding Co-ordinator is here to help you every step of the way, and our friendly team will ensure that on the day your plans are carried out to perfection. Only one wedding per day is allowed!

- RRachel & Nathan11/05/2022Fantastic venueFantastic venueOur day was not what we originally had planned as we got married 2 days before the covid restrictions were lifted! We did however have a mini reception at Bicester Golf Club on 17th July 2021 and the venue couldn’t so enough for us. They were so understanding with the situation that we were in and we couldn’t have asked for any more from them! They had recently gone through some staff changes which did worry us at first. However, Sascha did a fab job of making sure everything went so smoothly! We had Ryan behind the bar and he was great, we would definitely recommend requesting him, they could have done with 1 more person on the bar to help out. We are having our big wedding reception in 2022 at the golf club and can’t wait to come back to the golf club to celebrate again!! Thanks everyone for making our special day so great!! The food was delicious, all of our guests commented on the amazing food and service. Sascha was brilliant, she made sure everything ran smoothly and she even managed to swap a few meals for some of our fussier guests (haha) at the last minute! A lot of our guest commented on how professional, friendly and helpful Sascha was. So massive thank you to you!! Also a massive thank you to Godfrey, again we had comments from our guests on how helpful we was too. Massive thanks to all the staff that worked so hard behind the scenes, deans chair covers for decorating the room so beautifully, the DJ for keeping all the guests on the dance floor all night! And to all the chefs, kitchen staff and bar staff that done an amazing job! We had the most perfect day and we couldn’t have wished for anything more! The venue looked incredible and we honestly would love to do it all over again. The room size was so comfortable for all our guests and the food was better than we could have expected. All our guests said they were so full they barley touched the buffet ! We were so happy with this as we wanted our guests to be well fed. We can’t thank the staff enough they were all so kind, funny and professional. I would recommend this venue to anyone. The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. Everything was absolutely perfect on the day, and all our requests were met. The hotel is beautiful to stay in, with use of the facilities such as the swimming pool, and jacuzzi also the games areas. Beautiful grounds outside our suite where we got married. Could not fault the staff at all, they worked so hard to deliver the best service for our wedding day and made us both feel so at ease,nothing was too much for anyone. Fantastic food at our wedding breakfast, the rooms were lovely and comfortable to stay in. Our wedding suite was to die for absolutely beautiful, we love the light up bath in there. We used the DJ the hotel use for Weddings etc and he was amazing had such a laugh with him. We are going to come back to this hotel again maybe for our first wedding anniversary, our wedding planner Tawry was absolutely brilliant with helping us plan our wedding always a call or email away, she became our friend , also the manager Dan is lovely man and always on hand when we needed him for anything, would always come speak to us and make sure we were ok on our special day. I cannot fault a thing, my guests have given me lovely feedback about how beautiful the venue was and how all of the staff had been so attentive. From the moment we met Charlotte we have been looked after so well, they went above and beyond for us on the day and we cannot thank them enough for that! It really is a stunning venue and an amazing time was had by all!We held our wedding reception at the Bicester Hotel Golf&Spa on the 5th August - we and most of our guests also stayed the night. From the point of booking right up until the big day we felt completely looked after by the team. They listened to every request we had and made sure that we got everything we wanted. No request was too much for them. We had use of the terrace for canapes and drinks and then moved onto the orangery for our meal and party. Both areas were beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff were on hand at every moment to make sure everything was running smoothly. I don't think anything went wrong on the day and BHG&S were the main reason for that. I'd like to give a special shout out to Shaun who went out of his way that day to make sure my Husband and I were happy and well looked after! The food was amazing; the canapes, the main meal and the buffet! Everything was beautiful. We also loved that we had the honeymoon suite for the night. This room is stunning, and a perfect way to end the perfect day. We also had the pleasure of a meal tasting before the big day and were made to feel so comfortable. They set us up in the restaurant and they even made that romantic! I also used the spa in preparation for the wedding and all I say is wow! I could go on and on about the BHG&S, and how amazing they made our special day. I wish we could do it all over again! I would recommend for anyone to have their wedding here. It has the most beautiful setting, food, staff and facilities, and I couldn't imagine our wedding being anywhere else. Truly fantastic.
