Description
Our Hall is a beautiful venue for your special day and is available for wedding receptions on selected Saturdays. The picturesque oak framed entrance is a regular feature in wedding albums. We provide a dedicated and flexible space for you to celebrate.
Our large car park and village green enable you to greet your guests. You may wish to welcome them outside with drinks (weather permitting!).
Our Main Hall comfortably seats 120 guests with your choice of decoration. The catering-standard kitchen enables your caterer to prepare the perfect wedding breakfast.
Everyone will be able to hear the after-dinner speeches, thanks to our integrated PA system. The Village Green is at your disposal during the day, including play equipment for your smaller guests.
For your evening reception, the Main Hall converts to a large dance space with an integrated disco sound and lighting system and space for up to 200 guests to share your first dance.
Our Wedding Reception Package includes hire of the Main Hall and Lounge/Bar; catering facilities; tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery for up to 100 people; and disco quality sound, light and PA systems. The hall hire includes time for set up the Friday evening before, the entire Saturday of the wedding and tidying up time on the Sunday morning. As we are a village hall charity, we do not have dedicated staff on site so you will need to arrange the set-up and tidy-up.
Our Hall is used for community events, parties and classes as well as weddings, so it is only available for weddings on selected Saturdays and early booking is recommended! This package costs between £1,200 and £1,500 (including VAT) depending on the time of year.
Our package covers the venue cost, you then have your choice of catering and the associated cost.
