Awberry Farm is an exclusive use Wedding Venue, available for Saturday weddings, with access from noon on Friday to 12 noon Sunday. Taking bookings from May 2025, Awberry farm is licenced for 28 weddings per year. This exclusivity allows us to focus on creating an intimate and extraordinary celebration, tailored to your vision and style. As a brand-new Wedding Venue, we’ve created multiple spaces that seamlessly blend heritage with modern comfort. Start by stepping into the cozy embrace of the Courtyard, where we extend a heartfelt welcome to you and your guests with freshly brewed teas and coffees, amidst the rustic charm of the historic cow sheds. Whether you envision saying your vows under the open sky or within the embrace of the beautifully designed Owl Gallery room overlooking a splendid Oak Tree, we provide two exquisite worlds to celebrate your love. As you step out of the ceremony, the Fizz and Cocktails Garden Reception beckons you to unwind and celebrate in our traditional English country garden, which is the perfect setting for wedding photos and to raise a glass of fizz. The Grade II listed Barn is a stunning example of an old traditional barn that has retained its beauty through the years and sets the stage for a gorgeous traditional Barn Wedding reception. As part of our Sustainability program, we have a collection of repurposed décor and reclaimed materials that add a unique touch of charm to our Venue, available at no extra charge. The Cart Shed is our very own, fully stocked in-house bar, offering a selection of draught beers, locally sourced drinks, and a range of wines, spirits and soft beverages. At Awberry Farm we have preferred and trusted Catering partners, ensuring your wedding breakfast is nothing short of extraordinary for your big day. The venue is stunning and was a real wow factor when we first visited and for our guests in the big day. Nigel and Una decorated the barn for us and it looked stunning. Receiving guests before the ceremony in the courtyard with coffee and pastries was a lovely way to start the day. It allowed guests to arrive over a period of time, and meant the groom and ushers could receive guests and direct them easily and ensured everyone was in the right place at the right time. The ceremony was magical amongst the wooden beams of the barn. There were plenty of places for photographs in the garden of the main house and in the fields surrounding. We had our close family photos by t he owl tree overlooking the rolling hills surrounding Beenham. Nigel and Una were very helpful, providing valuable advise and accommodating to our requests and needs. The beautifully maintained barn had a great big dance floor - perfect for the ceilidh dance! The bar attached to the barn was very well stocked and had a lovely cozy feel. Its a beautiful venue located in quiet countryside yet with easy access and plenty of parking on-site. The ceremony was held outside in the garden under a beautifully decorated gazebo. The meal and evening party were held in the gorgeous, ancient barn which had been decorated with flowers. The barn is truly beautiful - full of original beams and character but carefully restored to include modern comforts. I loved that the dance floor runs the full length of the Barn - after the meal the tables and chairs were quickly and efficiently cleared leaving the whole length of the Barn for the barn dance. And guests who did not want to dance still had plenty of space to sit and chat in the alcoves and bar area. The whole place felt very spacious, yet at the same time was cosy and intimate The bar area is separate from the main room, with cosy places to sit and chat - ideal for those of us who did not want to dance! The bar was well-stocked with a good range of drinks. It was really nice to have the whole place to ourselves for the wedding - it made it feel very personal and special. It was a beautiful day which meant the ceremony could be held outside under a beautiful pergola with a stunning background of fields and a large oak tree. We enjoyed a toast in the farm cottage garden where the flowers were in full bloom, then went to the tithe barn for the wedding breakfast. The atmosphere was amazing. The barn was decorated beautifully and the food served was of an extremely high standard. We celebrated the day with a Ceilidh where we danced the full stretch of the barn. The meal was in the main barn which was decorated beautifully and food was excellent and fresh. The party then followed in the barn, including a ceilidh which was great fun. The toilets were particularly nice!
