I started as a bartender, loving cocktails, pulling pints, and meeting people. This soon led me into the wedding bar industry, where I enjoyed creating standout bar experiences in beautiful locations. I progressed to bar manager, running full wedding setups, and later became a business partner. Eventually, I took full ownership, turning my passion into a successful business.

We specialise in American style BBQ served directly from our trailer mounted traditional smoker in a street food style.
