After inital contact we would discuss what you are looking for, depending on what you are interested in we would produce sketches and invite you for a tasting to decide which combinations of cakes and fillings works best for you, or if we are making chocolates to try out flavours or any new combinations of flavours you have requested and decide on packaging. Once everyone is happy we proceed to make the cake/chocolates/showpiece. Cakes and showpieces will be delivered and set up on the day, chocolates are usually collected but may be delivered or posted depending on what they are.

The taste has to be fabulous, even if we are making a free-from cake or we will not make it! We also have a degree of artistic flair.

We are not creating dishes as such, but new flavours of chocolates and chocolate models, for example a chocolate John Doe Triple D Tractor, a chocolate cameo of the bride and groom, chilli salted caramels, smoked cinnamon and raspberry truffles.....
