A grand Italian feast for a true, old fashioned Italian family. 12 courses, 6 hours and amazing food - with an amazing amount of drinks as well! Hard work but such great fun! We also recently did a 'Rocky Horror Show' themed wedding in Colchester which was fabulous!
Relaxed, friendly but very efficient and professional.
So many clients have become really good friends who we still keep in touch with.
Think about what YOU both want and go for it. Don't worry about the others - it's your day! Have the menu that suits and reflects your personality. After all, if you are generous enough to invite your guests to eat and drink with you they should certainly be gracious enough to accept your choices!
Too many to choose from and too personal to list here.
After the initial emails or phone calls we really like to meet up in person to give us a 'feel' for how the couple would like their day to go. The personal meeting is so very important and can be just a general chat or combined with a food taster of some dishes / styles they are considering. I'm sure that it's not just our food - but after meeting a couple in person we have a 'booking success' rate of around 96%!

K and forward vuntil we have it
I am not into that kind of thing. We do what we do - good and unpretentious food - and our clients seem to love it. That's enough for us! It's our clients who we want to impress, not our own egos.
Several come to mind but they are all personal to individual brides and grooms so not for discussion here.
Good food - of any type - presented well!
Acute attention to detail.
