- TTim Cook07/02/2024Honestly the most magical stay!Honestly the most magical stay!We stayed here for the first leg of our Honeymoon (3 nights) in the cottage! Honestly the most magical stay! The food was incredible (we did the 5 course paired wines dinner). Breakky every morning was great and waking up to the most stunning view started us off right every day. The service here was impeccable and very responsive, special mentions to Jono and Finlay who really went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were up for a good chat!We stayed here for the first leg of our Honeymoon (3 nights) in the cottage! Honestly the most magical stay! The food was incredible (we did the 5 course paired wines dinner). The staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. The view was stunning and the room was perfect and very spacious. We booked the spa for one of the nights and it was blissful and relaxing. We loved the wine and cheese platter in the evenings and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The "trust the chef" degustation was absolutely divine and Rebecca the sommelier was very friendly and knowledgeaWe stayed in the Lodge for 2 nights and it was absolutely superb! The staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. The view was stunning and the room was perfect and very spacious. Firstly, Suzanne was fantastic, not only did she make the whole process stress free, but had such an eye for details and no request was too much. I love how during the process there were plenty of options to choose from but Suzanne was so helpful in guiding us along the way. On the wedding day itself, she was simply fantastic. She was completely focused on making sure everything ran smoothlyPerfect, stunning and amazing! We organized our wedding through Stoneridge with the help of Suzanne. We had delicious daily breakfast and afternoon cheese and wine. On our first night we had the chef suggested 5-course dinner with paired wine and it was incredible. We also visited the cellar door and had a wine tasting, which was great. We were even able to order wines to be delivered back to our house in Australia. We can’t wait to come back for our anniversaries over the next few years because we absolutely loved our stay at StoneridgWe stayed for our honeymoon and had the most special time.
