If travelling to New Zealand, or if you live there, we recommend to take a few days at Eagle’s Nest and you’ll have memories to last a lifetime. We had a meal cooked in-house for us. The chef was content to cook and not engage us, but we felt chatty and had a great conversation with a fascinating person. Also recommend (why not, while your at it?) the massage in house.Eagles Nest has very exotic homes with amazing construction, design, and location; and you can RENT THEM! If travelling to New Zealand, or if you live there, we recommend to take a few days at Eagle’s Nest and you’ll have memories to last a lifetime. We had a meal cooked in-house for us. The accommodation is outstanding, the staff are amazing and the location is stunning. We stayed in the First Light Villa, with great views across the bay from your hot tub during the day and no light pollution for stargazing at night. We are very sad to leave this little piece of paradise behind...Five (million) stars... And that's just when you look up. The views from bed are unbeatable!
