- Ceremony Locations: Choose from four beautiful ceremony spots, including romantic garden archways, serene lakeside settings, and the elegant White Pavilion.
- Banquet Hall: Celebrate your reception in the grand Banquet Hall, featuring soaring ceilings, sparkling crystal chandeliers, and cozy open fireplaces. It seats up to 370 guests for a formal dinner or 400 for a cocktail-style event. For smaller weddings, the hall can be divided into three intimate sections.
- Outdoor Areas: Enjoy the fresh air with three alfresco patios and a covered verandah—perfect for cocktails and canapés as guests mingle between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Our wedding packages are priced per person and include exclusive use of the venue for up to seven hours, covering both your ceremony and reception. Catering is included, with a choice of wedding buffet or plated menu, canapés, a main meal, and dessert.
Beverages are provided for six hours and include unlimited house sparkling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Merlot, Pinot Noir, a selection of New Zealand beers on tap and premium options, apple cider, soft drinks, fruit juices, tea, and coffee.
The package also covers full venue setup and styling basics, including ceremony garden use with chairs, chair sashes, table runners, clothed tables, napkins, glassware, candles, and a choice of centrepieces. A private bridal room is available, along with fairy light backdrops, ambient lighting, and a professional hardwood dance floor with lighting effects.
Audio equipment is included for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, with wireless microphones. Additional inclusions cover ceremony carpet options, present and cake tables with stand and knife, easels for seating plans, and time on the day for decorating and pre-wedding photos.

I fell in love with the venue- it was love at first sight! haha Abigail was very supportive and always responded via email very fast. The food was AMAZING, the atmosphere of the venue is fantastic and makes you not want to leave! The whole wedding was like a dream and I would definitely highly recommend this venue for anyone who would like to experience a 'princess in a castle' type of wedding, it was just superb!Me and my husband got married at the Settlers in early May 2025.
