Enjoy all of the creature comforts, without sacrificing your wild side. A stay at the Wild Renfrew Seaside Cottages is like being nestled in a plush log cabin at the end of the world. Our Seaside cottages are currently a two night minimum. A FOREST GETAWAY Escape to the tranquility of our Forest View Studios, where the rustling branches and the gentle wind become your background music. These studios offers a seamless blend of comfort + wilderness, and boast stunning amenities such as outdoor showers, outdoor jetted tubs and private fire-pits. Designed to capture the essence of the surrounding forest, with large windows framing views of trees and lush greenery. The modern interiors complement the external beauty, offering a warm and inviting space for a wonderful stay. Our Forest View Studios are a two night minimum. RENFREW PUB The Renfrew Pub is the homey gathering place for locals and visitors, both friendly and inviting, it’s the sort of place even first-timers swear they’ve been before. The waterfront pub and restaurant occupies an enviable spot, right next to the dock. The great room — with cathedral ceiling, gleaming 10-tap draught system, pool table and flat screen TVs — offers up micro-brews, tasty fare, and nautical charm. The dining room’s French doors are left open on warm afternoons. Sprawling wrap-around patios let you follow the sun and offer panoramic views of the bay and bluffs. There isn’t a bad seat in this house. This is the spot to shed your shoes, grab a pint or glass of white, and enjoy a bite with friends. Don’t be surprised to see an eagle cruising overhead or a curious harbour seal popping up in the inlet to say hello. very cozyvery cozy
I booked a two night January getaway for two + doggo in the Seaside Cottages. We arrived quite late at night to a very clean and spacious cabin with a welcome fire lit. I was pleasantly surprised to find an assortment of clean dishware and cutlery available for use, as well as coffee and cream for the mornings! The bed, and pillows, were very cozy, and while we didn't have our ideal view from our room, we learned which rooms to request on our next visit [...]I booked a two night January getaway for two + doggo in the Seaside Cottages. Highly recommend Wild Renfrew! The Seaside Cottages are incredible. Port Renfrew is one of our favourite spots on the Island. From the people to the surrounding nature makes it a must when visiting the Island. The staff at check in have always been welcoming and helpful. The private parking off the dock area is close to the rooms, so no worry about having your vehicle too far from you. We stayed in both room 11 and 12. Both mirror each other and have amazing views. This is a beautiful part of the world. I was disappointed to see someone throwing their cigarettes into the ocean. The place itself was lovely. Two things I’d point out. The roads from Sooke to Port Renfrew is horrible if you’re in a sports car. Even at slower speeds you can damage your vehicle. The only two things Id say Wild Renfrew needs to address immediately is the surrounding surfaces (wood) was extremely slippery. Especially all around the fire pit.
