White Oaks Conference & Resort Spa

Had a great anniversary experience here. Spa staff were friendly, the front desk was accomodating and helpful. Had a reservation at the Liv restaurant and the food was phenomenal. Highly recommend the beef tenderloin and scallops. Had the pool all to ourselves near the end of the night and the room was huge and very clean. Googlecast on the TV were a huge plus. thanks to all the staff for a great stay!

We used the resort for a business meeting. It was all round great service and exceeded expectations. Particularly appreciated the shuttle service offered to get us between the resort and Niagara College. Picture of our plated dinner - food was excellent and portion size was incredible.

Celebrated our 10 year anniversary in January 2024. Top notch experience from check in to check out. Greeted by front reception with some surprise strawberries in our room. Andre the master concierge is top notch. He was fabulous and really made sure our experience was amazing. He helped us with our Wine Tour. George our driver was also fantastic.

This resort is exceptional in every way! Beautiful rooms in the tower, and so many amenities. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Such attention to detail. I was there with my team for a strategic planning retreat and now I never want to go anywhere else. From the responsive and quick replies via email to questions beforehand, to the 'white glove' treatment we received while there - I would HIGHLY recommend this conference centre.

We had a fantastic experience at White Oaks. Front desk staff was terrific and helped us get early check-in and late check-out. Our room was bright and clean and there were robes waiting for us on the beds. The front desk even sent up a tray of chocolate covered strawberries for my sons. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub which have nice long hours. The virtual assistant (via text) was really helpful, I asked it about the pool hours at one point and got an immediate answer.

Hello, Our stay at White Oaks Resort and Spa was fantastic. Something unique that we found helpful was the instant messages that we received on my cellphone, asking how our stay was going, and if we required any help. We were able to request assistance instantly. This was a unique feature of White Oaks. ALL staff members at White Oaks were impressively kind, warm and welcoming. Every staff member we passed, greeted us very kindly.
