The facilities are top tier and the spa is very well kept. Victoria at the front desk was especially lovely. The room was spacious and had so many wonderful amenities - great bath tub, soaps, lotions and a very comfortable bed. We relaxed on our balcony while having a coffee and also really enjoyed the room service. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Even though we live close by we can’t wait to make staying at the Hazelton Hotel an annual anniversary tradition. We arrived this past Sunday after our wedding for what was two AMAZING day/nights at the hotel. From the moment of arrival to our departure we were treated with nothing but class from the entire staff. Our suite was beautiful and we were even greeted with Champaign and Chocolate Covered Strawberries waiting in our room as a congratulations from the hotel team. We indulged each morning in room service followed by dinner at One. Honestly we would give this hotel 10+ stars if we could. We arrived this past Sunday after our wedding for what was two AMAZING day/nights at the hotel. From the moment of arrival to our departure we were treated with nothing but class from the entire staff. Our suite was beautiful and we were even greeted with Champaign and Chocolate Covered Strawberries waiting in our room as a congratulations from the hotel team. We indulged each morning in room service followed by dinner at One.

They gave us spring water at the desk, took us to our room where there was chocolate strawberries and a hand-written note from the staff congratulating us. The room was EXTREMELY well-appointed and luxurious, the bed was comfy and big, and the service was beyond exceptional. In the morning, we had delicious room service from One restaurant and slept in till 1pm! We felt incredibly welcomed and got the royal treatment when we arrived at the end of the night. They gave us spring water at the desk, took us to our room where there was chocolate strawberries and a hand-written note from the staff congratulating us. The room was EXTREMELY well-appointed and luxurious, the bed was comfy and big, and the service was beyond exceptional. In the morning, we had delicious room service from One restaurant and slept in till 1pm!
