attention to detail as a guest was outstanding

A wonderful night away. We were treated like we were the only guests for them. All the staff were very friendly and lovely. The attention to detail as a guest was outstanding. We were met at the main doors with a wonderful greeting and also had a welcoming note in our room. This experience at The Bruce will be a fond memory for years to come. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Stratford! The staff are so professional and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is top tier. The hotel and its grounds are beautifully maintained. Our room was both spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered at their restaurant was delicious. Great location especially if you plan to see a show at the Festival Theatre. Easily has become one of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed at … we look forward to coming back.

Went for 3 night getaway to celebrate our 40th Anniversary… delightful choice😁 Every detail is carefully attended to from arrival/departure through room decor, hotel atmosphere, gorgeous pool, delicious food & gracious service. making our wedding weekend stay so exceptional

We booked "The Cottage" for our wedding weekend in Stratford in May 2023. Us and our two children stayed in the house for 3 nights. All four of us felt like complete royalty from the moment of check-in. We were in awe of the service we received during our staying and would give more than 5-star rating if we could. The pool/spa area of the hotel was thoroughly enjoyed by our family. The cottage was big enough for us to host a welcome gathering (20ish people) the night before the wedding...
