Sundance Guest Ranch

Flat rate covers two nights accommodation, three meals a day, horseback riding, and use of all facilities on the ranch as well as DJ dance! Max of 55 people, all guests must stay at the ranch. We can also host small weddings that work around the normal ranch routine! Large Wedding Parties Our ‘Take Over the Ranch’ option allows you book the entire ranch for a 2 day package stay. Maximum occupancy of 55 people, with up to 45 riders and including up to 30 beginner riders. This package includes: Two nights accommodations Three meals a day Horseback riding (should your guests choose to ride) Use of all ranch facilities DJ service for the evening of your wedding Small Parties If you would prefer a more intimate style wedding, then you can book in for a stay–weekend or weekday–and have the wedding events take place during or around our regular activities. Ceremony Location For either of the above options we can arrange a ride to a spectacular wedding site on ranch property. For larger groups, many couples choose to tie the knot on the home ranch grounds beneath our heritage fruit trees. Additional details There are local officiants that you can book for your ceremony. The ranch has a BYOB policy for most areas, with the exception of our licensed dining room where a simple corkage fee can be arranged. You co-ordinate your own decorations, photographer, and rentals (if needed), which adds up to more savings for you!
