The room was kept very clean and was nicely decorated. I booked a river veiw room and was very happy with the view from inside/outside, liked the patio space outside. The staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful with any questions I had. It's a wonderful country property surrounded by farms and animals, very serene. It was our first time staying at the south Thompson Inn and Conference center, it was an enjoyable stay! The room was kept very clean and was nicely decorated. The place has character and "old looking" but UNLIKE old places, this place was clean and well maintained. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We had the mountain view which was supposed to be quieter but honestly this is not a noisy environment. The setting is breathtaking and we want to go back! Fireplace in the room - check! Hot tub - check! Perfect romantic weekend getaway! The place has character and "old looking" but UNLIKE old places, this place was clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and let us to feed horses and sheeps. They also let our kids to play mini hockey in the hall way. I will definitely go there again. I love this place. Staff are super friendly, the rooms are very clean. They are pet friendly which is a huge bonus. The pups even got a treat upon check in. Quiet, peaceful location. Only downside was that the restaurant isn't open for breakfast and there's nothing else nearby. But would definetely stay there again. Stayed here twice on our way through.
