It exceeded our expectations!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days last week! It exceeded our expectations!! It was beautiful and quiet and very, very enjoyable!! The food was fantastic!! The staff were friendly and helpful! Our room was amazing!! We will definitely be coming back!!! Can't wait!! Thanks to Sir Sam's for a fabulous vacation!!!! Special shout out to Stefan! He is a great asset to the Inn!! I 😃

The atmosphere, room and ambiance was amazing.

The atmosphere, room and ambiance was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. Me and my partner booked a weekend here for our anniversary and had a great time. We saw so many wild animals and really immersed ourselves in nature.

Very vegetarian and GF friendly

Stayed in the main Inn — old world charm, friendly staff, excellent dinner and they are very vegetarian and GF friendly. Had a unique Sir Sams cocktail with local spirits— delicious! And love the saltwater spa pool.

We had a lovely take-out dinner from their Twin Fires Restaurant. Steaks were cooked to perfection! We had a look around while waiting for our food and the ambience of the Inn is very inviting. A mini-vacay may be on our list! Thanks so much for the great food and service!

We enjoy its comfort and charm.

We have been to Sir Sam’s 4 times this year. We enjoy its comfort and charm. The natural setting of the Haliburton Highlands and Eagle Lake is beautiful. In the summer the lake swimming and canoeing are great. The indoor pool is a one of a kind delight. We enjoy the food ( especially the hearty breakfast) and staff are consistently friendly and attentive. We hope to return in future years.
