My brother checked us into the hotel room earlier in the day and told me the reception was very kind - and we were welcomed with waters and protein bars in the room at the end of the night. Which added a really romantic vibe. The shower had a rainfall shower head and we couldn't be happier! Definitely would return to a sandman location again! The Staff was so nice and friendly! - DD.27/01/2024Absolute kindness!!Absolute kindness!!We had a wedding event at the hotel in Mississauga June 6, the reason I am writing is how impressed I was with your staff and how helpful they were. Patricia Riham and Fathia. They all went out of their way to help. I asked Patricia if there was a wheel chair in the hotel so I can bring grandma into the hall with. She went out of her way walking to the frontdesk to make sure that we get it. Riham always answered with a smile and went out of her way to help. Absolute kindness!!!
