The Front Desk service was great, they were very kind and was able to accommodate majority us with early check in. Kristal the sales manager was so fantastic with our group. We had a wedding close by, and from start to finish she was so pleasant to work with. She helped make sure all our guests had rooms to stay, there was lovely upgrades due to the amount of people who had booked within our party, and everyone was extremely comfortable and happy at the stay.We had such a positive experience at the Sandman! Kristal the sales manager was so fantastic with our group. We had a wedding close by, and from start to finish she was so pleasant to work with. She helped make sure all our guests had rooms to stay, there was lovely upgrades due to the amount of people who had booked within our party, and everyone was extremely comfortable and happy at the stay.

But... the hotel is sitting in the middle of a parking lot, one side faces very busy highway, the other overlooks a shopping mall.We stayed for a Friday wedding; arriving late on Thursday and leaving on Saturday.
