The young lady at the front desk, Crystal (sorry maybe have spelled it differently) has the best customer service skills. One thing to note for housekeeping that there was no shampoo in the the room. I was so exhausted when I arrived I opted out of calling to get some so it’s not a big deal that could be fixed either way. No microwaves in the room unless you pay a fee. Still 5/5 for customer service.I’ve stayed here more than a handful of times in the past. This hotel was super friendly, accommodating, helpful and clean. We were kept comfortable, felt cared for and they went above standards to make sure we kept our room even when they thought they would be full. And the food, omg the food...well I can only describe it as some of the best I've had in all of Powell River. I entertain and have lots of luggage for my shows, and my time is limited due to preparation time involved. I appreciate having the carts handy, and the delicious breakfast served quickly with a smile and good sense of humour.
