As Globalists, we were upgraded to a high-floor one-bedroom suite, which was well-appointed and spacious. The person who checked us in was wonderful. Service at breakfast and at the Writers Bar was excellent, as were the food and drinks served. The gym is well-equipped, complete with cold, eucalyptus-scented towels to refresh at the end of your workout...Our recent stay at the Park Hyatt Toronto was superb, due in large part to the first-rate service of nearly all staff we encountered. The staff are exceptional, the quality of accommodation was excellent. The food and beverage experience was top class. We were made feel so welcome and the staff treated us like long lost friends although we never met them before. The whole experience was like being in a 5 star family run hotel albeit 17 to 18 storeys high! Hopefully we will return some day.Our stay in Park Hyatt Toronto was the best City Break we ever experienced! The staff are exceptional, the quality of accommodation was excellent. The food and beverage experience was top class. We were made feel so welcome and the staff treated us like long lost friends although we never met them before. While it's not right downtown, it is worth the extra effort to get there. The front desk staff, especially Chris, were fantastic, and you could not walk through the lobby without being greeted which was a nice touch. The room itself was well appointed and incredibly comfortable with a huge shower. The gym is incredibly well appointed with water and cold towels. If you can, have dinner or drinks at the rooftop bar/restaurant. It has one of the best views in Toronto.This is my new favorite place to stay when in Toronto.
