Visiting from out of town for a family wedding. A glass bowl was broken and we needed a replacement pronto. We called and spoke to Kelly late last night, she saved the day by finding a exact replacement, had it ready at front desk for us. What a gem she is, impressive customer care, she is a keeper. Stayed here for two nights while I was in town for a wedding, there was a little mishap with the room when I first arrived but the front desk staff was nice and helped me with a solution super fast! Even though we arrived late in the evening, check-in was very easy. Friendly staff, because there were problems with the software, we got a room upgrade. A great room, a bit dated but everything was clean. Thank you for the overnight accommodation!Even though we arrived late in the evening, check-in was very easy. This place is awesome! Really love staying here with my dad, brother and brother-in-law’s. Beautiful views and the hotel service was great. They were very nice!
