Marquis Hall Events Centre at the University of Saskatchewan campus is available for rent for your wedding. This Saskatoon hall is well-known for its lovely grounds with unique outdoor facilities, an experienced culinary team and romantic gardens.
Services at Marquis Hall
This wedding venue offers plenty of services to elevate and simplify your wedding day. Included with the venue rental are:
- White linen and napkins (green, black, white)
- Furniture: gift, registration, cake and memorial tables
- Reception essentials: Dishware, flatware, crockery, cutlery
- Audio-visual equipment: One podium, microphone, in-house sound system
- Gold charger plates, gold Phoenix chairs, stage (at an additional fee)
The venue also provides complimentary cake cutting and platting and head table setting.
Wedding Spaces at Marquis Hall
The venue has romantic outdoor ceremony areas and stylish indoor event spaces for reception:
- The Ivy: Outdoor ceremony area in private campus courtyard for
- Palliser garden: Charming outdoor space for outdoor cocktail hour
- Garry Room: Bright and modern space for indoor receptions; capacity: 250 seated guests
- Exeter Room and private dining room: capacity: 240 seated guests
- Exeter Room: capacity: 140 seated guests
Wedding Catering and Bar at Marquis Hall
This venue doesn’t charge the venue rental fee if you meet the minimum spend requirement for food and drinks. Marquis Hall also doesn’t charge gratuities on meals. You can choose between a buffet and plated menu for your wedding, and both include wide globally-inspired dishes, diverse flavours and textures.
Bar service includes a cash bar, subsidized drinks, and host bar services. If you don't meet the minimum drink spending requirement, a bartender’s fee is charged per hour.
