Family wedding, hotel was very accommodating with covid protocol. Beautiful wedding venue

The hotel is clean and central and all that. But I can't express my gratitude enough for their going out of their way, with little upgrades and not so little kindnesses, to make my daughter's tiny pandemic wedding such a beautiful and memorable event. An absolutely shining example of putting the hospitality into the industry. Thanks again.

Staff are friendly and courteous. Great location as it's a short walk to the pier and restaurants, bars, shops. Room had a very bad musty smell although spacious and needs some updating. I understand the hotel is going through renovations so I imagine the rooms and that bad smell will be gone. Attended a wedding and may I say the food was extremely good!

My husband and i are from kingston We used your hotel for our wedding week 5 years agoand decided to celebrate our anniversary with you this year! It was above and beyond our expectations Our room was upgraded and absolutely beautiful. It was spotless and staff was friendly Covid issues concerned us before coming and there was no need for concern once we were there ....well cleaned and taken care of Thank you for a phenomenal anniversary staycation

Our daughter was married on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2022 at the Four Points Sheraton (Kingston). After resolving some initial concerns regarding the planning a few weeks before the wedding, we have nothing but positive comments. Christopher and Alex were extremely helpful taking care of all the details and setup for the ceremony and reception. The staff and servers were polite and professional and the food was excellent. We stayed overnight and had no complaints about our rooms.

We just had our wedding here on June 17, 2023. We cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. Katie Evans the hotel wedding coordinator who worked with us, was absolutely amazing. She made sure every detail was covered, often reminding ME of details I forgot about! Their wedding packages are simple but EXACTLY what we were looking for. The Executive Chef Aniket, was AMAZING. Our guests could not stop raving about the food. Right from the antipasto, to the pizza buffet at 11pm.
