Italo-Canadian Club

Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston is an awarded wedding venue for romantic ceremonies on-site and modern wedding receptions for up to 250 people. The venue features a secluded yet easily accessible location, just several minutes from Highway 401. The entire venue, including the grounds and ballrooms, is wheelchair accessible.

Apart from venue hire, the Italo-Canadian Club provides food and drinks for your event through a partnership with a local caterer. Free parking is available on-site and rooms are equipped with AV systems.

At the Italo-Canadian Club, you’ve got two options for the ceremony:

• Indoor: You’ll be granted an extra two hours of venue rental for a fee, complete set-up and transition from ceremony to reception space; chairs and arch are included in the fee
• Outdoors: Requires a fee for the ceremony on the grounds, doesn’t include chairs and set-up

This affordable Kingston wedding venue has indoor and outdoor function spaces:

• Main Ballroom: Stunning luxury event space with high ceilings, a large dance floor and two wings on the sides; equipped with a large bar, PA system and podium, climate control system and wireless microphone; capacity: 300 seated, 400 standing guests; minimum guest requirement: 45 for buffet, 65 for a plated meal
• Saletta: Neutral space with a small bar and neutral interior, available for intimate parties; capacity: 40 – 50 seated guests, 60 standing people
• Patio: Included with the venue Ballroom and Saletta rental, great for casual gatherings or cocktail hour; capacity: 40 – 50 people
• The Grounds: Spacious flat area for ceremonies, cocktails, photos and relaxation

All-Inclusive Wedding Package at Italo-Canadian Club

Reception at the club features:

• Saturday hall rental and Friday access
• Exclusive use of the ballroom, foyer, washrooms and patio (you can include Saletta for a fee)
• Venue staff: event coordinator, two bartenders
• Table, chairs
• Complete set-up and pack down, clean-up
• Table setting with cutlery, dishware and glassware, white linen
• Additional tables for cake, gifts and favours
• Sound system for speeches
• Limited décor: arch, easel, mirrors and vases

Optional enhancements comprise chair covers, additional hours, a stage, a projector and a screen.

Wedding Catering at Italo-Canadian Club

Couto Catering is an exclusive provider of all food at the Italo-Canadian Club. This modern caterer offers:

• Food stations during cocktail hour
• Dinner buffet or plated meal
• Dessert and cake-cutting service
• Coffee and tea station
• Late-night food
• Cooking and serving staff

More affordable packages can be arranged without cocktail hour food stations and standard buffet dinners.

For example, buffet options include Taste of Italy food selection, and Preimo, a combination of global dishes and aromatic aromas. Plated menu is a mixture of North American cuisine with European influences.

For a bar service, choose between cash and open bar, or a combination of the two with drink tickets, a system where you control the spending and selection of drinks served.
