Honestly one of the best overall experiences of my life. I also want to say, even though they had a little hiccup with the food we ordered they were all over themselves to correct it and make us feel like they were sorry. In the end it was their actions to correct that were important, not the actual hiccup. Thank you for a great couple of days at your excellent Hotel.My wife and I celebrated our 25 year wedding anniversary in a suite here. Honestly one of the best overall experiences of my life. My hubby and I came for here for our anniversary and we will be coming back every year!!! The mini fridge is empty so we can store personal items which is great! When we walked into the room they had put a nice mellow music of some sort of diana krall type muaic which was sooo inviting! The firewood was ready and placed so we could simply light it up...if you prefer, a staff member can come and light it up for you...Where to start? Service was amazing. The room was gorgeous soo cozy so clean!! My hubby and I came for here for our anniversary and we will be coming back every year!!! Came here on our honeymoon and my husband & I had the absolute best time. The room views of Lake Tremblant are incredible, the staff and people were always extremely courteous and able to help you with literally anything you might need, the pool was quiet and serene, and the best part was walkability to the village (or maybe having someone light the fireplace each night - its a coin toss). Nothing beats a stunningly beautiful room with extremely kind and welcoming staff...Incredible stay! Came here on our honeymoon and my husband & I had the absolute best time. The room views of Lake Tremblant are incredible, the staff and people were always extremely courteous and able to help you with literally anything you might need, the pool was quiet and serene, and the best part was walkability to the village (or maybe having someone light the fireplace each night - its a coin toss). Nothing beats a stunningly beautiful room with extremely kind and welcoming staff...

Front desk and door service were very kind and helpful throughout our stay, not to mention the breakfast was excellent. Cabin is right beside the hotel but nice and secluded for a little privacy. Rustic, but offers all the modern amenities. Great view of the water!Stayed in the Clagett's Cabin just outside the hotel for our anniversary this weekend. Highly recommend!
